Silverback SRS A2 16" Sport, RIght handed, lots of upgrades
Skullchewer posted a topic in Appraisals
So, what do we think is a reasonable asking price for this.... I have, sadly, admitted that I prefer playing with my DMR over my sniper rifle, so here is my beloved Silverback SRS A2 16" Sportline, and a whole bunch of upgrades. This is everything you need for a great sniper set up. 1x Silverback SRS A2 16" Sportline Originally black, it has had a custom paint job, as you can see. The gun is used, but not worn out by a long way. I have fielded it probably 5 or 6 full days. There is some superficial wear to it, but no damage. It is working perfectly. The base gun comes with the piston, bolt sleeve assembly and spring disassembled, as you would receive it brand new. You can assemble it with the default spring and piston, which are included, or set the rifle up to suit you with any of these upgrades which are included in this sale: 1x Sniper Mechanics W.A.S.P. piston package (This is brand new, had around 10 rounds through it, never fielded) 1x Silverback FAST hop unit (Sealed in box, not fitted) 4x Silverback 70 degree SBA buckings with 4 matching nubs (Sealed in box, not fitted) 2x Silverback v1 ‘chub nubs’ (Sealed in box, not fitted) 2x Silverback 120 Newton springs 1x Silverback 95 Newton spring 1x Rapax 2+ Joule/Blue spring 1x Rapax 3+ Joule/Red spring 2x Extra mags (3 total) 1x Silverback magazine pouch (Molle/PALS) All original packaging, including Silverback brand grease, and Silverback Airsoft patch. I would obviously prefer collection, but will post at buyer's expense. Payment via Paypal G&S. Buy this, grab your grandma's plastic ferns and zip tie them to your boonie and you're all set. -
Yeah, but, as 1911s go, that one is a stunner.

For half the day my camera was pointing at the sky (DOH!), for the other half it ran out of batteries. Did what I could with what I got.

Victory for Vukodlak forces at Red Alert Battlesim today. My first battlesim and I bloody LOVED it. Charlie squad took objectives, held back attacks from the ETF forces, captured Intel, and helped sway civilian opinion enough that they joined us for the final battle, leading to an overwhelming victory. Highlight of the day had to be running into battle through multiple smoke grenades while someone on our team was blasting out "King of the swingers" from the Jungle Book on a back pack speaker, and all the Vukodlak forces singing along. Bloody fantastic day.

Starting to put together my sci fi loadout. -
If you haven't heard of Ready or Not, it is a game still in development, It is very reminiscent of the early Rainbow 6 games, or SWAT4. (I believe some of the dev team worked on R6 games back in the day, but I may be mistaken) Here's what the steam page says: "Ready or Not is an intense, tactical, first-person shooter that depicts a modern-day world in which SWAT police units are called to defuse hostile and confronting situations." Kick in doors, free hostages, you know the drill. Tonight a bunch of noobs will be playing it. I am one of those noobs. If you're bored on a Friday evening, like this sad sack, and feel like seeing what the game is like then here's my youtube live stream. We'll be starting soon.

How many goths does it take to change a lightbulb? None, they'd rather sit in the dark. I was walking home with my wife when we saw my mother in law being attacked by 6 men. "Aren't you going to help?!" asked my concerned wife. "Six ought to be enough" I replied.

I foresee this in my future....

I will get one soon, to go with my gameday shirt

The 'What have you just bought' Thread

Shout out to Eddie at Lonestar Tactical. My order arrived yesterday, but there was a bit of a problem, so he sent me out a new one that arrived first thing this morning! Very impressed by the customer service and by the mask. Lightweight, comfortable, tried it on with my usual goggles and they didn't mist at all, but the real test will be at the Battlesim on Sunday. -
Just FYI this no longer works.

Now you're just talking bollocks. "I am not inferring that Quango2k is an ass hole" By the poll alone you did so, and you know you did. "have never gone out of my way to attack or defame them. " What's this thread then? You're trying to act like this is all an innocent misunderstanding, and getting salty because the poll/thread clearly hasn't gone the way you hoped. It is clearly inferred by the thread, poll, and the feedback you left that you believe the seller to be the asshole in the situation. I'd call it quits here, you think you're arguing your way out of it but you're just embarrassing yourself. Go ahead and put me on ignore if it makes you feel better.
-
If you start a thread inferring that someone else is an asshole you can't really get on a high horse about name calling.

And this guy had entirely good feedback until Musica complained about something he didn't buy. Definitely a dick move to my mind. Yes, maybe the PayPal fees should have been mentioned in the advert, or at least the advert should have been worded better, but still seems like you're being overly dickish, musica.
-
Sounds like assholery occurred on both sides to me. But if a sale wasn't to my liking I'd just move on, I wouldn't be a dick about it.

Posca pen.

Alright you primitive screwheads, listen up. See this?

Put together my loadout for the Battlesim at Red Alert Newbury this Sunday. It'snot that different from my usual loadout, though obviously the backpack isn't usual for skirmish days, but as with most sims once you're on the field you're not back in for reloads etc, so I need to have everything I need with me, including food and water etc. The backpack, with shotty, will be staying at our FOB, mostly.

Krytac Kriss Vector - Magazine Help Needed!
Skullchewer replied to Werdna's topic in Guns, Gear & Loadouts
I don't believe there's such a thing as a Vector Hi cap. For drum mags you could try this https://www.fire-support.co.uk/product/first-factory-kriss-vector-400-round-drum-magazine-adaptor-for-krytac-kriss-vector
