  1. There's one thing the budget range rifs can do that TMs cant. Give you a really smug sense of satisfaction when you light up a gear snob with it and they realise they were shot with something that cost a fraction of the price of theirs
  2. Same here, I haven't noticed anything like that in either the old or new ones of mine
  3. Was that the twat who decided a photo op on the roof was a good idea till armed response showed up?
  4. I've removed paint with sandpaper and elbow grease. Be warned though, this can leave scratches in the surface so I'd only recommend doing it if you're going to paint it again anyway
  5. Send them back for a full refund at the shop's expense. They sent you the wrong product. I'd also be checking to make sure the gears you were sent aren't cheaper than the ones you ordered
  6. Almost as much as the septicisation of the English language. Licence is spelt with a C ffs
  7. Tbh I tend not to bother prepping the surface more than a quick wipe down, but that's because I like the worn look. Also Krylon OG and Halfords green are the same shade, as I found out when painting my M4
  8. I'm thinking of putting the battery in a dummy peq box to save the ball ache of removing the rails when changing it
  9. Take the rail off and there should be a small grub screw on the bottom. Take that out and it unscrews. Does anyone know what size the threads are for a surpressor? I thought it was 14mm, but the can with those size threads is very loose
  10. She's right about that. Nice work, looks very post-apocalypse
  11. I used a normal universal holster opened up as big as possible along with a single point sling
  12. Also I can see untrained randoms putting folk in proper tourniquets could cause liability issues.
  13. Surely it should be what airsoft stuff is useful in everyday life?
  14. Years ago I knocked this up out of an old taser holster. I cut the back section out, removed the foam inside and ran the strap through the belt attachment. It held the gun secure, but reholstering it was nowhere near quick. Unfortunately a few hours after this was taken I went arse over tit and landed on the gun knackering it and only got round to replacing it a few months ago
  15. I've got the short version with wood furniture. I haven't managed to use it much but when I have I had no major problems. The only issue I had was that the gas tank in the pistol grip is quite small so would only last for about 3 and a half shells before running dry. I didn't test the max range but I found the spread to be roughly the width of a plastic garden chair at about 30ft on green gas and firing .25g bbs
  16. But you're our kind of fuckwit Oops, that was supposed to be 48k. Still, a quick google search shows them going for £100 to £500 depending on the condition
  17. You can get a pill for that 😁 Amiga and C64s? Meh, I'm sure I've still got a couple of commodore vic20s and a spectrum 18k in the loft at my parents house
  18. If that happened when I was there It'd be my last visit. Making a big point about NDs then not acting on it when another happens is 100% on the site, it also makes me wonder what else they would let players get away with.
  19. Zero one is down? I suppose the one good thing about that place is that it keeps the fuckwits away from here
  20. The thing is whether or not something looks good is personal. To use your example of cars, some might think this looks good but personally I think it looks like a polished turd Pick your kit based on what YOU like, not what others think is "cool". If others don't like your kit then that's their problem Yes we are. My point is that, when it comes to loadouts, the only person who's opinion matters is the person wearing it. Chasing likes on social media is going to leave you with an impractical loadout which will affect your enjoyment of the game
