H&K allows TM to use the logos as their targeted market is Japan, whereas in Europe they gave the licensing to Umarex Personally I don't really care about correct markings as, especially with pistol, they're not going to be seen much

Not really. Any report of a firearm has to be taken seriously until its proven to be a replica, imagine what could happen if a report of a gun wasn't treated seriously and it turned out to be a real one.

I've got the rail above on my kurtz and it makes changing the battery a right ball ache as you have to remove 7 screws to get the rail off. To get round this I've started using a PEQ box to hold the battery.
