For those who don't know, Detonator really are the gold standard for aftermarket slides. This is lightweight and has an excellent finish. Designed specifically for the Tokyo Marui Gen.4 Glock 17, which is a different design to the WE and Umarex, so this will not fit those or likely any other make and model of pistol. As with all parts, I cannot guarantee this will fit your RIF without modification and I cannot be held responsible for anything that goes wrong during installation. This was briefly fitted to one of my pistols (not skirmished), so has some minor marks but is in excellent overall condition. It has been stored in its box ever since. Unfortunately it appears to be missing part of the dummy extractor assembly, so you may want to look into sourcing or modifying a replacement. Stated price includes PayPal fees and tracked courier. Please ask any questions via PM as I don't get notifications for anything added to the listing.£135

.....No, that's not a spelling mistake and this wasn't Tanaka's attempt to skirt trademark infringement. This is a faithful replica of the rare Colt/S&W collaboration. Essentially a S&W K-Frame with 6" Colt Python barrel. This Airsoft version is made from a combination of high quality plastic, metal and of course rubber for the Hogue style grip. Pretty much box fresh as it's not been skirmished in the few months I've owned it from new. Some minor marks always possible though. Stated price includes PayPal fees and postage. Please PM me with any questions as I do not get notifications for anything asked on the listing.£200

I'm not Googling it, but "Brocock" can't be a real airsoft brand...
-
Yeah, I wasn't quite surely what it was when I saw/heard the blank firer as it's not like the Marshals pre-warned anyone and it was just a regular open skirmish day. The Marshal had a word with the guy and I didn't hear it for the rest of the time I was there, but seems the answer to my question was "No...unless you're a regular" Seems us sensible lot will have to sit around in the "safe zone" with full eye and hearing protection.

I can't remember the spring but with a tightbore barrel it was pretty spot-on 2.2J (circa 315fps with a 0.48g), the widebore dropped that to something like 1.5J. Luke's mentioned a few times that it's the longest ranged rifle he's ever built (although that may have changed by now). I regret selling it but he's since done me an MBR556 (cue the "not a DMR calibre!" crowd) which is nice and consistent at 1.85J on 0.36g's and much easier to shoulder. That's with the stock hop unit, Maple Leaf 70 rubber, black macaron nub and 455mm ZCl 6.02mm barrel.

Luke/Negative Airsoft built me a G&G GR25 DMR using a Maxx hop unit and 6.15mm widebore Orga barrel. It dropped the power significantly, but the range was seriously epic. This is airsoft though, so there's never going to be one definitive universal answer.

It's not about ratting out the site, because this kind of thing has happened at most of the ones I've been too. I'm the General Manager of my company, so have no problem confronting people, but would rather switch off at airsoft. I was in the toilet in the safe zone at one site, come out and someone full-autos the toilet door, about 20cm from my unprotected eyes. I approach the young teen group responsible and tell them where they've gone wrong, making sure they remove mags and clear the chambers in a safe direction. However I reported this to the site owner and he stopped me mid-game to find these kids. I'm the one who ended up feeling guilty. Shout-out to South Coast CQB, who were so diligent that they questioned why I was in the staging area between games. I'd rather be watched too closely, than not at all.

I really like this site overall but their teenage Marshalls seem incapable of enforcing rules. Even at chrono they're like "1.2J, LOL alright Mate. Just don't get too close to other players"
-
Two examples from my most recent skirmish (Sunday just gone): 1) Player using a blank firing pistol (not sure why). Deafening for those without hearing protection...which seems necessary even in woodland games now. 2) Players with their own zip ties discussing which colour chrono is using this week....they decided they didn't need to bother going through the official procedure, as their gun was "definitely under" Both of the above seemed to be by "regulars" I know this as when I enquired with a Marshall as to whether blank firing pistols were allowed, the response was "Errrrr....I know who it is, they're a regular' So at which point am I just defending myself/others and where does it cross the line to "tell-tale" territory?

She should replace one of the existing lyrics with this example, because "rain on your wedding day" isn't irony.

Delete this! Haha...I used to pick up some gems, now everything is snapped-up in seconds.

Saw the price and assumed this would be "fully-upgraded"...turns out it's stock. I then tried to count how many optics and tracer units it came with, but kept running out of fingers and toes....

Again, I guess someone is paying the asking price eventually, but....second-hand and non functional, save a whole £55 off the brand new & working price: Evolution Airsoft BY-101963 - E-416 10" CQB AEG w/ETS. III (patrolbase.co.uk)

PB's boneyard section always makes me chuckle. £340 + postage for a non functional BOLT, anyone? https://www.patrolbase.co.uk/bolt-by-101080-br47-mk18-mod-1-b-r-s-s-aeg You could pair it with this broken clone of a clone "Glock" for "just" £90. https://www.patrolbase.co.uk/evolution-airsoft-by-101769-e017-warrior-gas-blowback-pistol

I picked this up recently but changed my mind, so it was never installed. Seems decent quality. As per the photos it's also adorned with Knights Armament trades. From what I understand it should fit most M4 style RIF's but compatibility and installation would be entirely on the buyer. Only what you see in the pics is included, I am unable to assist if you need additional parts for it to fit. Stated price includes PayPal fees and trackable courier. Please ask any questions via PM as I don't get notifications for anything asked on the ad.£45

For not a lot more, the TM version would be infinitely better.
-
As someone who's sold a lot on here, it's like an episode of Wheelers Dealers sometimes. If this one was listed for £80, they'd still get chancers messaging saying "Can you do £50 all incl'!?"
-
Yeah, who'd pay that!? I mean it's only custom, it's not even fully-upgraded!
-
I don't want to be a Negative Nancy but you're the one who posted non airsoft stuff on an airsoft thread, so.... Any hearing pro for the dog? Also is there any ecological benefit to "hunting" rabbits and pigeons in a field, or is it just for kicks?
-
I can't imagine anything that would take you to £3k's worth of upgrades. I had a "fully upgraded" SCAR NGR's with a Titan, Prometheus Gears, inner barrel....basically all that was left TM was the body, hop unit and trigger. That brought it up to a £1200 build (including cost of the RIF). I've just double-checked and Eagle 6 will sell you a brand new, maxed out 416 for £1450. Anyway, I sold mine for £590. Bearing in mind I was the first owner and could list all the parts, plus demonstrate the work had been done by one of the leading NGRS techs. None of which applies in your case, so I certainly don't think you'd be "selling yourself short" if you were even in the same ballpark. Especially as people are staring to realise a "Fully Upgraded" NGRS does little more than a RIF costing a quarter of the price. There's nothing stopping you listing it for something like £500 and then you can drop as your need to sell increases.

Recently upgraded by Luke at Negative Airsoft. It was built to be a reliable, low stressed back-up gun. As such it's locked (on the Perun) to semi and in its current iteration shooting very consistently at just a smidge under 310FPS (on a 0.20g with the hop off). Also, it's worth noting that due to the ASG Ultimate Gearbox casing, this no-longer has a quick change spring, on the plus side it's much higher quality than the stock one. Externally it's stock (apart from the pistol grip) but internally it's a combination of Novritsch, CYMA Platinum and Negative Airsoft parts inside an ASG Ultimate gearbox casing, with a Perun Hybrid fitted....oh and of course a 50 degree Maple Leaf Macaron with omega style nub, because they're the best! It sounds really clean and is snappy even on a 7.4V. I really do think the overall size, weight and ergonomics of the rifle, make it perfect for a mixture of woodland and closer engagements. Stated price includes PayPal fees and postage. Please ask any questions via PM as I don't get notifications for anything added to the listing.£250

There's definitely a direct correlation between not knowing the history of a RIF and taking a photo of it on your duvet.
-
Yes a BB could definitely get through the M-Lok slots but of course more likely straight down the centre of the handguard, which is wide open. It's a shame, I only tested it briefly in the garden but it sounds really "clean" - like it's well shimmed etc out of the box. Also there was zero FPS drop when I set the hop for 0.28's, unlike some of my other AEG's which can lose loads. This is the A2 variant which has an M4 mag adapter pre-installed, but does anyone know if G36 mags fit in M4 mag pouches?
-
Not as far as I can see...call me weird but I think there's a chance I might point it down at some point, haha. Not my style.
-
Surely I'm not supposed to skirmish it with the battery sitting in an open handguard like this!? 🤔
