Not much info regarding these online, and YT videos are very old and scarce
Im pleasantly surprised with the build quality of the TM plastics and more metal than I had expected. 
Still to be tested as my batteries are deans and I don’t want to change this at all. 
more a collectors piece than skirmishable, but it will get an outing one day
The few YT videos out there show partial markings, this has full “UZI” on the receiver, probably something to do with different markets, but didn’t think that TM bothered with that stuff 
 

 

Since it's new return it. It's a pain but you have paid for a gun that shoots properly.
 
Many here are well versed in gun fiddling so, like me would open it up and rotate the barrel, bucking etc.
 
 

Yeah as you just got it new, may as well try a return for a refund or replacement.
 
I've had a pistol do the same from new but can't remember which one it was.
It should be easily fixable by checking the position of the hop as Enid_Puceflange said.
 
My Vorsk VX-9 shoots really well so its not a general problem with them.
 
 

A couple of years ago I bought the newly released Asia Electric (WE) Sig P320 (m17)
It did the same thing, badly designed and made hop unit which applied pressure at an angle instead of from direct top of the beeb
If you remove the inner barrel from the outer, apply 50% hop , then take a look through from the hop end, is it square vertically?
could be your outer barrel & rubber is slightly tilted to the side during assembly?

I've no experience with them, but you've done the right thing by not opening it up, I'd recommend you email patrol base & then follow it up with a phone call, if they recommend anything other than returning it, ask them to confirm their advice via return email, & should it still have an issue, insist on a full return for refund or exchange, depending on what YOU want. 
Unfortunately vorsk aren't known for qc, so it could be a one off lemon, or a generic issue with them ?

Picked up a CA53 from @VonGrimm and he was very honest in his description. After a bit of work she's looking a bit better. Just need to sort out the gearbox issue once the part arrives and I might replace the CA Mosfet with a NanoAAB I've got here sitting doing nothing.

Based on a HK53A2 I fondled in Iraq belonging to the RMP CP teams. I also took a bit of time and gave the XM177 PTW a bit of a service.

 

long time project AEG. CYMA 0.28 Type 3 AK47. This is the recoil model similar to the TM NGRS AK's. externally it has some Inokatsu laminated furniture worn naturally and the magazine is a RS slab slided early AK mag modified for a midcap internals. Internally it is running a Leviathion V3 and ZCI 400mm inner barrel and Maple Leaf Mr Hop (50).

Multipul things. Buy the best you can afford. Don't buy anything you Don't need accessories wise (the weight adds up). Good boots with ankle support. Never cheap out on eye protection. Pistols are not necessary but if you are going to get one most cases TM are better than any metal gun. Keep your fitness up you'll be less prone to injury. Always either carry water or drink after every game. If you can afford it or have modified your primary have a back up. If you upgrade for accuracy and range you can spend stupid money for minimal improvements.

It's got a 45mm spacer on the end, but it's a much better fit when I ready it on my shoulder with the stock 15mm one so I went back to that.

Yarp, the feeding is problematical.  Mine would try to feed a whole shell full of BBs into the barrels, that sounds similar to what you're seeing.  You'll hear folk giving the iPhone excuse - "ur holdang it rong!!!" - but that's victimblaming.
 
When I finally got it all apart (being too dumb and stubborn to send it back) I couldn't see what the problem was, so I just gave everything a good wiggle and silicone lube and put it back together, and it's been fine since (so I wasn't donging it wrang).  They're really not intended to be stripped down though, there are dozens of tiny screws going into cheap plastic, so I'd agree with just returning it.

Quick update. So turns out there were a couple of bbs stuck inside the hop but it took a lot of fiddling to get them out as I’d already tried clearing the barrels. One of the bbs that came out was quite chewed up, so I don’t know what caused that! Then on the next fire test (only loaded 3 bbs in the mag) same thing happened, so pretty sure it’s a dud gun. Contacting Bullseye to get it resolved.

Sadly, they're pretty fragile.  I'm not entirely clear on the problem you're having, but would note that the pump has to be fully forwards before the trigger will activate.  Since it's currently stuffed, I'd give it a good old heave and slam in both directions.  If you start disassembling, you'll end up with an awful lot of small parts and are unlikely to find replacements for any broken bits, so I'd avoid that unless Bullseye don't fancy taking the return.

One ak from each of the 3 best known manufacturers. In order e&l, Lct and cyma. I love modernising them but I also like to keep a classic around.
