We are Lazy Dad's a UK airsoft team with members located across the UK consisting of Lazy Dads of all shapes & sizes. Our gameplay style is one focused on fun which enables our members to rid themselves of the stresses of everyday normal life.

The parts are starting to arrive!
Had a moment of almost weakness last night and thought "why did I buy a ZCI barrel when I can buy PDI?" and then U-turned and decided to stick with ZCI.
2021 Autobot in 60° is very pliable, does feel a bit softer than the older 60's. Looking forward to what it can do.
Dug out my nozzle springs so have an AIP 140% to go in.

CowCow trigger as the stock trigger is a bit sloppy
 
Waiting until all parts are present and then I only have to take it apart once.

Finally I have it where I want it. 
 
SRS A1 covert,
Random foam filled suppressor,
Rapax 2J with 1x spacer - 334+-2 fps on Geoffs .43s,
Faceless barrel 420mm, 60deg r hop patch and 100% airseal bucking with a FAST hop (perfect air seal)
Wasp piston with medium weight and full break and their spring guide,
Stock filled with expanding foam,
Random Tesco scope on high mounts.
 
All in all very happy now and shooting great already out to 64m (furthest I can get at present) and I’m certain when the hop beds in it will be a real tack driver.  Also, as a bonus, it sounds like a good mk23 and has a dull thud when firing so should be almost unheard outside the med. 
 
All that’s left is to put some cut up leaf trouser leg strips on it so it really blends in with the vegetation.

After trying some different parts and upgrades, I managed to find more stuff to waffle on about with the Golden Eagle Hi Capa pistols!
 

New video day! Going over the Golden Eagle Hi Capa in this one, a very close clone to the TM standard.
 

Happily chuntering to myself whilst upgrading the 4.3 with some new shiny lightweight parts from Rainbow8 Santa.
 

More amazing CQB sniper hate cheater DSG gameplay because they thought airsoft was fun with abuse rage quits and fight. Did I do that right?

I've started a YouTube channel dedicated to my airsoft stuff. I only intended the footage to be clipped together so my kids could see what I do when I go absent from parenting for the day but thought why not stick them on YouTube so I can be immortalised in history as being a nobody?

First airsoft video I've ever made. Yeah the camera quality could be better (not moaning at £30 cam though) and yes the editing and transitions should be better (not a Vegas genius) but hopefully you watch/like/sub/enjoy it.

2 Hadron H keys ordered, along with an Autobot 50 for my "pistol" and a Decepticon 50 for my "cqb pistol with stock".

Don't see the appeal in them. Tracer yes, tracer with less that make it look like real muzzle flash, no. It's a toy - get rekt.

Fun fact. KM has more YT followers than people that all of the "toxic UK airsoft" groups have put together.  I bet he literally gives 0 F's about the "hype" the groups think they have whipped up.
 
I honestly don't care about all this, it's simple, you don't want to watch his vids, unsubscribe and go find 3 other smaller creators who put out honest footage together. Problem solved.

Woodland site near me allows you to use 12G & Magflash. Not the nicest things when you're in a shipping container and one comes round the corner.

Just stuck a short stroke kit on my purchased list as well. Not going to go mental with it as a pistol in full auto quite frankly terrifies me and I'm scared it will drop to bits but a bit snappier on the semi will be a bonus. Will chuck a stronger nozzle spring on my next R8 order and possibly throw a trigger on just for the hell of it.

Fixed it!
 
The phoenix hop unit has a collar inside it that adjusts bucking lip tension. This collar had jammed forward, making it incredibly difficult to poke a BB through the bucking.
 
So after a strip down and rebuild, I adjusted the tension and got a nice steady FPS with only 2-3 FPS variance. No jumps in FPS and no need to double tap! Very happy!
 
Game on!!

Might be worth checking to see if fatigues still fit and if belts etc need to be loosened. 

Yeah I can feel myself getting annoyed just at the thought of reading what has been said.
 
So wound up that I wrote a big rant.....and then deleted it. Unlike some people on Facebook and other platforms don't realise, just because you have an opinion, dosn't mean you need to share it with everyone!

The devil in me says this: If you had a valid defense then you wouldn't buy an IF in the first place.
 
It's a TM though, just buy the OEM TM parts as they'll fit better, work better and probably be in the "right" colour for you.

Ran a ZCI with a SBA 60 in a FAST for a game or 2. Worked well enough. Barrel is a step down in quality to be honest and the MR hop bucking is designed for the maple leaf barrels.

Nice one dude, always worth being 5-10 under as well as site chronos vary a bit and it saves a twitchy bumhole at chrono on game day.
