  1. Bought som of those sour sweets by the name of 'warheads' Seen them a lot on youtube, apparently they're pretty damn sour, should have me distracted for somewhile (Very airsoft related)
  2. Thanks, where did you guys buy from?
  3. Nice, I'll have a look about
  4. I've always used transparent ,arterial goggles. And the only problem is that they fog up > so I was thinking mesh. What do you guys recommend? Is it worth the investment into a pair of mesh goggles. (I do have transparent material ones already) the mesh things are quite cheap, and I'm all about the cheapness. So anyone can say its worth it? Also, if anyone has a pair of goggles, that are mesh, could you take a pic of them inside, so I could see what they'd be like if I was looking through them. That'd be awesome. Thanks guys.

The viper one? I had to use towels as padding to fit around me properly.

It's not that, I was after a specific style, it's fine aha. Thanks for the help

  5. Yes, completely agree. All I play with is my gun, and some cheapo camo type clothing, trousers and shirt costing like 35 pound.. And a balaclava I found in a box... Kids at my age who have polar star weapons, and richo stuff should keep their voice quiet about how lucky they are to have this kind of gear, instead of going about yelling "LOOK AT ME, I AM GOD WITH MY P* AND MY FANCY PANTS GEAR"

    Airsoft MOT!

Hey, nice one for getting back to it. Was a good decision. I'd say, give it a test fire, see if there's any things going on, and clean your barrel. It's probably a bit murky in there .-. There's somewhere to start. Good luck.
  7. Nothing wrong with it! It's a stereotypical thing to say "Oh, it's a young kid, he's automatically annoying". Yes, some kids are annoying and a pain, but then some aren't. I myself am a 'kid', but then what do you guys class as 'kid'. I think it is wrong, (and probably most of you do) to treat kids like dirt. As some of them are mature.mlike myself, I'd say I'm reasonably mature, and I've seen kids who are very immature. You could say most kids will be annoying/stupid etc etc, but have some faith in who aren't?. Lots of people, of my age aren't immature, and we play the game in a way that we don't agrivate others, and try to have fun, after all, airsoft is played with toy guns... It's made for enjoyment. I just disagree with any adult who thinks of young juniors as annoying prats. My last game, I had someone who was taking the piss out of me after one of the rounds, I was fuming! People got to change...
  8. Yeah, I know the rules, kiddies like me have to have full face mask. I use goggles and lower face mesh, guess I'll have to stick with it
  9. It's cool. With full seal, comes a fogging issue (I think). If I just slice a slit In the seal, cold air should be able to ventilate, reducing the fog. Or, just breath out my nose. I shouldn't be heavy breathing anyway, since I'd be sniping... So these glasses can withstand a fair bit of force? Thanks, it's quite late, (presuming you're in england) I hope I'm not keeping anyone up..
  10. Yeah. Probably saved me big time. Didn't have a thought in my head about these full seal glasses.. Thanks.. I'll have a look about on ebay for some. I see your point on the scope situation, well, there's probably always going to be a problem. Just got to prepare for it. Do these ESS v12 glasses with a lower face mask count as full protection? I guess the goggles I wear cover some of my forehead, and just a general larger area covered compared to glasses. But would those v12s with lower mesh thing count as full cover. I'd be wearing a balaclava and a hat anyways... Thanks for the help, saved me big time.
  11. I know, eye sight is very important. When I first got into airsoft, dad was constantly questioning me, and telling me to never take my glasses off (of course). It is very important, I'd never take them off... Good point on full mask wear. I remember the guy talking about it. Are these the things you're talking about? http://www.amazon.co.uk/ESS-Advancer-Goggles-Brand-NEW/dp/B00EZPCE8M/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1449103339&sr=8-1-fkmr0&keywords=Ess+v12+glasses Tbh, will those goggles be fine for sniping? Any experience? Seem a few people use those goggles for sniping. Might just stick with them... Or get those glasses? Those glasses - I've seen a lot of talk about them (hinting they're popular and good) Thanks for the help, much appreciated.
  12. Ok I'll google those things, thanks. I have made some searches on the forum, under "screwfix" and "glasses" but, not anything that'd told me what to do, but has helped though. They're relatively cheap, I can just buy them, for like 5 quid or so and just shoot the, at point blank.. Anyways. Thanks for the info maybe buying off an actual airsoft dealer is best. Thanks!
  13. Hey guys, I'm into this sniper loadout. It's a very majestic loadout so far. Consisting of a gun, and a bush hat. With some clothes. I'm not for vests and stuff, simply because it costs me money, and I'm only 14, meaning I have little cash. They are useful, but, I got pockets, that's where I keep my mags. It may take me a whole minute to replace a mag, but it's cool. Anyways, I figured I needed some glasses, not the goggle type, I'm looking for some glasses. For sniper reasons. So I'm going to pop down to screwfix - well known airsofting store - and find some glasses that I can use. I don't particularly want to buy some online, as you have to wait (I have no patience). Is there some sort of license that these glasses have meaning they're ballistic proof, do they have a grading system? Basically, how will I know what glasses to pick when I pop down to screwfix? Thanks guys.
  14. Doing my sniper loadout. Thing is, I'm a minimalist. I don't want chest rigs, and gun holsters. Anyways, I've got one of those jungle/bush hat things coming. And I'm going to travel to screwfix to find some glasses. The only problem is, I need so,e sort of concealment around my head. So I think what I'll do is, find a hoodie type thing, and turn it into a ghillie type thing.

All I have when I'm sniping is my ghillie, small pouch for 3 mags & speed loader and a holster with my pistol all hung off my belt

@ Mos : I meant more glueing this kind of camo leaf mesh http://prepare-and-protect.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/Img-0.jpg to some paracord and then onto an old jacket

  15. Thanks for the reply. Is this the one you're talking about ? http://www.amazon.co.uk/KombatUK-Ghillie-Hat-Survival-Camouflage/dp/B00CZ7LUGY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1448871485&sr=8-1&keywords=Ghillie+hat And have a bush hat on, then this over the top? Or, bush hat then this over the top - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Armeeverkauf-Ghillie-Suit-Hat-desert/dp/B00MBKBI44/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1448871485&sr=8-2&keywords=Ghillie+hat Thanks
  16. Yeah, I forgot to mention, a jungle hat is one of the things I was going to use. A jungle hat. Some glasses (not goggles), that metal mouth guard thing. But this means, the sites and back of my head is on view. Is there any way I can conceal this? Here are the things I think would work: A balaclava (not ideal, don't like the idea of this for sniping) This thing http://www.amazon.co.uk/Armeeverkauf-Ghillie-Suit-Hat-desert/dp/B00MBKBI44/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1448871485&sr=8-2&keywords=Ghillie+hat (got a feeling this a net and not actually a hat/mask thing) Maybe this (looks a bit cheap though) http://www.amazon.co.uk/KombatUK-Ghillie-Hat-Survival-Camouflage/dp/B00CZ7LUGY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1448871485&sr=8-1&keywords=Ghillie+hat I'd any one has some ideas for concealment of the whole head, that'd be much appreciated. Or if anyone knows a product. That'd be cool.
  17. Actually, I quite like the idea of a hood. So did you cut a hood of your jacket? Really like the idea of a hood... Thanks
  18. I'll have a look on mil1st. And that's good idea to make one out of a hood.. The reason I want a balaclava, is I'm not up for being hit on the bare head. I'd rather have a balaclava to soften the BB a little bit... Maybe there are some other options? Thanks.
  19. Hey guys, as I now have this sniper I've figured it may be easier to use glasses. I am currently using goggles, as they're thick, I won't be able to get close enough to the scope. Therefore, glasses is the way to go. But, being quite young, I'm not up for having some nice big cuts on my face. So I am planning on having a balaclava with like two holes for two eyes (presuming my glasses work, aha) then glasses over the top. Balaclava and glasses. What ya think for sniper. And the mesh mouth guard thing.. I'm not up for using a helmet. I'm a minimalist. So anyone know a decent balaclava? Thanks.

It said it had a 6.8GHz processor, but it obviously didn't, it was a scam.

    Gaming PC

Good point. Was looking at this PC on Amazon and it was some cheapo piece of junk for 100 quid, and it said it had a 6.8GhZ processor, what a joke!
  22. Mhm, seems cool. Thanks for explaining much appreciated. So where it benefits is it doesn't require strength to pull the bolt? I'll probably go for the spring manual route, for a newish air softer, I don't want to delve into mancraft stuff. It may seem a good idea (which it is) but for a silly fool like me, it's quite a step ahead. Thanks very much.
  23. So, to get this straight, this CO2 stuff works in a way like a gas gun? I'm confused, I'll google it.
  24. Yeah, however much someone temps me into this mancraft stuff. I just like the idea of a manual shot, instead of using CO2, plus when it gets colder, the gas particles lose their energy resulting them to slow down and start to condense, meaning the gas is less powerful. Isn't this true? I am pretty sure it is, anyways thanks again.
