  1. I'll have a look on mil1st. And that's good idea to make one out of a hood.. The reason I want a balaclava, is I'm not up for being hit on the bare head. I'd rather have a balaclava to soften the BB a little bit... Maybe there are some other options? Thanks.
  2. Hey guys, as I now have this sniper I've figured it may be easier to use glasses. I am currently using goggles, as they're thick, I won't be able to get close enough to the scope. Therefore, glasses is the way to go. But, being quite young, I'm not up for having some nice big cuts on my face. So I am planning on having a balaclava with like two holes for two eyes (presuming my glasses work, aha) then glasses over the top. Balaclava and glasses. What ya think for sniper. And the mesh mouth guard thing.. I'm not up for using a helmet. I'm a minimalist. So anyone know a decent balaclava? Thanks.

It said it had a 6.8GHz processor, but it obviously didn't, it was a scam.

Good point. Was looking at this PC on Amazon and it was some cheapo piece of junk for 100 quid, and it said it had a 6.8GhZ processor, what a joke!
  5. Mhm, seems cool. Thanks for explaining much appreciated. So where it benefits is it doesn't require strength to pull the bolt? I'll probably go for the spring manual route, for a newish air softer, I don't want to delve into mancraft stuff. It may seem a good idea (which it is) but for a silly fool like me, it's quite a step ahead. Thanks very much.
  6. So, to get this straight, this CO2 stuff works in a way like a gas gun? I'm confused, I'll google it.
  7. Yeah, however much someone temps me into this mancraft stuff. I just like the idea of a manual shot, instead of using CO2, plus when it gets colder, the gas particles lose their energy resulting them to slow down and start to condense, meaning the gas is less powerful. Isn't this true? I am pretty sure it is, anyways thanks again.

Yeah I get your point, building is a better way to do things, as my PC broke, I'm looking for a quick replacement. Thanks for the info, I'll check that vid out. Thanks.
  9. Oh nice, I will probably stick with my hop unit, and just get a new arm, a new bucking and well that's it for the hop unit.

    Gaming PC

Hey guys, was browsing the internet on some gaming PCs. I got on to amazon and saw this: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Quadcore-PC-Computer-Graphics-Keyboard/dp/B00UVSP088/ref=sr_1_4?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1448641451&sr=1-4&keywords=gaming+pc+deals This seems quite good, but it seems a little too cheap for what it is. If anyone could confirm that this is a scam or it says it's good but it isn't, that'd be great thanks.
  11. Oh right. Ok, saw lots of people go full AA I originally was not going to do that" I used to think the TM VSR's hop chamber was quite good. But I might as well change it. Thanks guys
  12. Seems CO2 is a decent idea, I'll have a look into that. Thanks for giving the idea on what to upgrade. Lots of people go for AA parts, thanks sp00n for recommending them to me. Thanks for the help guys, very useful and I'm very grateful.
  13. Hey guys, Tommorow a VSR-10 should arrive (yay) had to wait a whip for this. I know the sniper is pretty bad out the box, but then, aren't they all? Obviously I'll have a few shots at a target at like 15 metres, because, why not.. I have an upgrade list, and I kind of know where I'm going to start. But I'm not too sure, I've read that the trigger needs a nice 90 degree trigger in there, as I will be upgrading the springs, along with a better hop arm to lift heavier BBs, spring guide etc etc. but, really, where should I start? Any owners out there, and if so what did you do first? Apart from test fires and taking lots of photos of it (lol). So basically what should I do? I think I know what I am going to do, but not sure. Thanks guys.
  14. Wow... What a scandal... I sold my xbox one about 5 months ago. Sold it to GAME who must've wiped the data off the xbox. I also payed for xbox live last year, and it renews at christmas. Also, when I bought xbox live, I set my account so it didn't save my details. Now, these mindless money wh0res email me saying it's going to be renewed. What the hell?

I'd just call your bank and do a charge back if it was me as it's very easy to do you just give the details off your statement. Loads of services auto renew even though they don't make that clear.

Yes. If I can't access my microsoft account to cancel it, I'll look into that. Not only this, I thought it was VERY cheeky to try and charge me when I've sold my xbox, and all the data has been wiped off of the xbox. Including my account etc, surely microsoft should realise that my account has been shut off... Also, I had a payment setting so it wouldn't auto renew. Was speaking to someone who said I could sue them for falsely charging me..

I'm still getting charged 6 quid a month for my ps+ subscription after selling it and buying an Xbox. I know it's my own fault for forgetting to cancel but I swear I turned auto renew off, must be another acc I don't use that is is charging me for. Don't know my details to log in and try to stop it if that's possible.

  15. Using heavier BBs may lower the FPS, but that's not the problem. It's all about the joules. I was tricked by this, I thought you could just use heavier BBs and wallah, I can use my gun legally.. Well, no, things don't work like that. It's quite long to explain, well it takes me some time to explain, but if you want me to, I can try to explain it to you - bare in mind I will most likely explain it over 3 paragraphs aha.
  16. Oh well, I'll have a lo of fun with the thing anyway. We're going to do a paint job, anyone got some cool pics of some paint jobs done to any sort of guns, just trying to get a nice idea going. Thanks.
  17. Ok, nice. You should just wait and be excited now. IMO, the excitement of getting it, is always quite fun. Wait to get it, test it on some games, then, go on the website of 'CanIRunIt' and browse some gamers, and check which part of the pc is the weak spot. And then go from there (upgrading etc) goodluck!
  18. Yeah, the olive style looks quite cool. I ended up getting the desert version, for whatever reason. I chose the TM over the JG, I don't know why really, I like the idea of originality, but, they're mostly the same...
  19. Haha, the time is upon me. A mysterious package will arrive next week. What is it? A TM VSR-10, wow, I had to wait a fair old while for this (a mere 4-5 weeks) but it is finally on its way! From fire support, for about £185. I know the TM VSR's are in high demand, as they're pretty much the best base platform to build off of. If anyone is looking for them, there's about 12 VSR's in stock on fire support. If you are looking for one, look there. Have a good day guys.
  20. Just buy that aha. If it needs some doing, do it! The specs seem good to me, or enough to run some decent games. I have played arma 3 on a useless PC. Well, certainly not a gaming PC, and I could run arma 3 at 20 FPS, which isn't good, but the PC from Amazon is much better than the one I used... It may turn out, your PC is not good enough, well, just upgrade it. There's a website 'CanIrunIt' something like that, it'll help you see if the PC is good. Some smart lad will come tell me I'm wrong. Whatever you do, good luck..
  21. One thing, this will probably help you a bit more. There are some very clever people on here, who know their computer technical stuff. But, there is a forum called "tomshardware" this is a very popular forum. With many active users, if you want some help, go there, it's a big forum, and you'll get some very good results there. You'll still get good answers here, just, you'll get some good answers there too! Good luck.
  22. Post above makes very good sense. If you save 40 pound on a Chinese case, spend that extra 40 pound on a better GPU. Goodlucl
  23. Precisely, it's what footballs all about, having highs and lows makes it more exciting. After going on a non winning streak for a long while, we came back to winning spirits with a 2-0 win and a 5-2 win, brilliant stuff!
  24. Hey stevil, hope your doing alright now. I like your point on that depression is more of a general idea, and there are subjects of depression, to do with different things. My depression may be different to someone else's etc. As for reading over old books and essays, it's quite interesting to look over and come across a bit of work you remember doing. Was reading over some nuclear fission & fusion work I did. Was quite funny to see my view on a nuclear bomb. But I guess, it does show me where I've come from. Thanks guys.
