  1. Mine comes in around 320fps on 0.2s. I run 0.25 blaster tracers and have no issues at all. Obviously you will have to fiddle with your hop up as Sacarathe suggests.
  2. Yeah, I feel lost without mine if the batteries run out mid game. Was torn over the pros/cons at first, but no doubt about it now.
  3. Look at component shop for a UK alternative to Hobby King.
  4. 1. Because you can't shut up about that 'bunch of guys you killed'. "You told me already" is a regular response to my stories on a Sunday evening lol

    ICS MX5 P

Silly question, but what mags are you using? The one supplied with the RIF?
  6. I have one of these on my rig for that reason http://www.fire-support.co.uk/product/tdc-strike-tag-necklace As for storage between games, I usually just leave them in a pouch in my kit bag...
  7. The main issues mentioned were blind firing, (apparently two people caught on camera doing so) and 'powergaming'. WIth hit taking thrown in too. I think when you have hit taking issues is when the power-gaming/overshooting thing comes in.
  8. Hit taking was bad yesterday. But after a couple of people getting sent home and a site wide dressing down prior to game three it improved massively. Good day all in a all.
  9. Wouldn't advise getting there at 9ish, unless you want to setup on the floor or a wobbly chair. I get there before opening, get chrono done within 5 minutes of getting in. Leaves plenty of time to walk round to McDs for breakfast then get everything else sorted As for last time being a bit unorganised, I think it was just a couple less Marshalls than usual and Luke was away. Still a great day though.
  10. I only own one Combat Machine and got a USP .45 as an Xmas gift. I've played 12-15 times in 7-8 months. I do wear camo, but cheapy stuff which is already fading massively and has buttons shot off the pockets. For me it's all about the games. But giving yourself every advantage you can (within reason) is obviously smart. Can't see me buying a new gun until I have to, where as one of the guys who started playing around the same time as me has already been through five AEGs and now has a HPA Tippman. He loves to play games though too. A lot of it has to do with disposable income, I have two kids and a mortgage, but if I didn't I can almost guarantee I would have way more/better gear. Horses for courses
  11. Ouch, bit worse than I envisaged. Looks like he stayed down for a while, think he carried on shooting people lol
  12. Yep, we'll be there. Come up and say Hi!
  13. Yeah not too much damage thanks Jedi. Would love to see it though Spaz haha, I wasn't actually there at the time.
  14. This is the key to this. If you aren't firing horizontally then surely the hop has less/more of an effect (less if firing downwards at an angle and more if firing upwards). If you do already have the target at gun height then I am stumped.
  15. You can run at the Mall no problem. Vaulting over obstacles isn't allowed though. Do watch out for wet patches when it rains though, bit leaky. My brother went over on a wet patch on Sunday and cut his leg on one of the pillars in Peacocks.
  16. Was a good day, I even had a go at playing as a personality which was fun. We're back again on the 17th.
  17. I think we may have worked together at one point to move through the basement. Unless there was more than one American there on the day.
  18. American? Were you there on December 20th?
  19. I'll be there. All some form of multi. Green UJ on cap, "double tap" "your mum sends me carepackages" patches on admin panel. CM16 raider with tracer. Team BSB patch right arm. Usually turn up about 7:50, think four of us from our group will be there this week.
  20. Any buildup on the contacts? That was an issue for me when mine was new. Not enough juice getting through for some reason. You said you tried other batteries, make sure they are decent quality ones.
  21. Not a bad show. Though aimed at a youngish audience. His best work was Fresh Meat though imo, worth a watch if you like all things funny. Includes Joe Thomas (inbetweeners Simon), and Zawe Ashton. Fresh Meat, watch it.
