The Dboys GP-25 while rare, they are fragile and are prone to breaking in particular the sights coupled their propriety shell size, ( you can get tag rounds for it) makes them more of a novelty than any real use, £200 is very steep in my opinion I would say £95-£100, especially when you can buy the king arms GP-30 which uses the stand 40mm shell type. The LCT AK74-M is high considering it second hand, you can buy brand new ( in my opinion superior)E&L gen2 AK74-M from gunfire for £274.89 granted you have factor in the cost postage and a new spring to make comply with UK fps but it easy with QC gear box. https://gunfire.com/en/products/el-74-mn-assault-rifle-replica-gen-2-1152202736.html

Thank you for your perspective greatly appreciated.
-
No the PVS-14 clone. Yes the resolution and the overall quality.
-
Thanks for the clarification and link. What do you think of the optic any good?
-
Forgive me but Is that a real PVS-14 on a mostly polymer springer that cost around $130 and the PVS-14 can cost over $2000 or more depending on the gen? ( look nice by the way the optics and K2)

Don't normally stray into non-AK pattern airsoft guns but this listing price seems steep for what you get. https://prefired.co.uk/ads/ics-l86a2-6-mags-tm-desert-eagle-hard-kick-gorilla-hard-gun-case/ But the description dose seems to have the usual embellishments this bit made me chuckle. "The gun is a beast with a ridiculously long barrel so will outshoot most snipers. I’ve been airsofting for years and I’ve never seen a gun as accurate as this at long ranges."

https://prefired.co.uk/ads/rare-gg-ak-highly-modded/ £400 for a supposedly rare G&G AKs-74U that can be found at softairgames for € 269 https://www.softairgames.net/en/ak-dragunov/19327-electric-rifle-gks74u-full-metal-real-wood-ak74u-gg-gg-rk74-u.html And then Icing on top the "upgrades" installed mean that if you fire the AK on full auto for more then a undefined short burst you break the gun. Cost them £470 in total but happy to let you have the dumpster fire for £400

That is one factor. But they are not all away truthful about the actually manufacture of the products they sell selling, noticeably selling cheap Chinese clones but claiming they are real steel parts and charging real steel prices.

To be honest I would be very sceptical to the point of not trusting Dave's Custom Airsoft they have practice some very dodgy selling practises in the past.

Wwii (Ww2) Kit Thread for All Factions
Sniper780 replied to MSSW Rune's topic in Guns, Gear & Loadouts
My knowledge on airsoft versions of WW2 weapons is limited, is it the AGM or SRC mp40 you run? I have heard about performance issues on the G&G Kar98k but I do like the externals on them and the SE version is fun to play about with but absolutely unless for skirmishing. -

Very interesting all the loadouts look fairly practical for skirmishing, which is a nice plus. -

Very cool loadouts is it all repo kit or a mix of genuine and repo items? -
My current Real sword collection just need the type 56-2 Russian handguard variant to be complete set than embark on something new.

Interesting list just one observation, despite the name Taiwan gun, is actually located in Poland, not Asia. https://www.taiwangun.com/en/contact.html Just to ask how many of these shops have you used personally, any particular ones you would recommend?

Upgraded Snow wolf Kar98k Springer for £700 from Prefired https://www.prefired.com/ads/upgraded-snow-wolf-kar98k-springer-airsoft-rifle/ Or for the same upgraded rifle with the same extras from the original creator Swit airsoft for £424.53. https://www.switairsoft.com/product-page/pre-upgraded-s-t-kar98k the seller has even copied the product description directly from Swit airsoft but with no proof in AD of said upgrades.

The 'What have you just bought' Thread

Manage to convince a friend of mine to sell me 3 of his real steel bakelite 7.62x39mm magazines one has been converted to airsoft which fits well in my RS type 56-1 but the other two have not. -
Exactly It seems counterintuitive to take a perfectly good working piston designed for that particular AEG and swap it for one that has to be made to fit. With regards to the hi-cap mag, it makes sense. Because if he does have any RS mid-caps he will probably keep them as they are currently harder to get than the RS AEGs themselves at the moment. You are right trouble is you can buy the whole range of RS type 56's directed from the factory, they even periodically do 30% off the shipping although you run the risk of import duties.

I normally don't post on this thread, but £510 for a second-hand RS Type56-1 with some self-installed upgrades on what I consider an already decent gearbox https://forums.zeroin.co.uk/forum/classifieds/rifles-smg-s-for-sale/electric-rifles-smg-s/3079226-real-sword-type-56-1-upgraded Especially when you can buy from land warrior for £445.99 http://www.landwarriorairsoft.com/real-sword-m112

Fort Redut in vsr 98 camo as seen being used by FSB units during the 2004 Beslan crisis complete with full kevlar as well as hard plates. Total Overkill for airsoft but an interesting piece for the collection. -

Real sword SVD rear stock and the very rare upgraded RS-T3 SVD gearbox directly from the factory. As well as some other bits and pieces from them on their way. -
Did a barrel swap on my Real sword type 56-1 to create the Chinese type 56-1 double under-folder mainly for exported and mostly seen in conflicts in the middle east and some civilian imports to America until the bans.

Airsoft world bit pricy mind, but if looks are important then they are currently the only option for Russian style pyro. https://www.airsoftworld.net/tag-innovation-tag-19-airsoft-bb-shrapnel-grenade-pack-of-6.html
-
My latest acquisition for a possible Russian Chechen war loadout. External changes smooth dust cover and the front handguards swapped for real steel plum. the gp-30/gp-34 ish grenade launcher. ( the two hand grenades are the TAG rgd-5) Just need some better-looking plum and bakelite/fakerlite mags
