  1. At first I thought it was some sort of variant of Afghan national army uniform, but the larger digital squares I think it maybe Project Honor Camouflage?
  2. If your just swapping the original LCT handguard for the LCT AIMS one, then you should not really need any special tools apart from something to flip up the latch for the front handguard retainer. Most LCT AK part are quite interchangeable since they are airsoft spec not real steel spec.
  3. You remove the rear sight and the front portion on the new rail top receiver acts as attachment point, by take the place of the rear sight. I believe that style of top receiver cover is based on the AK dog leg rail, an American design I think but don't quote me on it. So you could look on YouTube possibly for a better visual guide on how to install it.
  4. I have just measured my lct rpk stock, it looks almost the exact same as tang fitment set up as yours The dimensions for the square opening are width: 20.88mm and height:15.43mm. The lct rpk rear stock it made of laminated wood so it is modifiable.
  5. You could try the lct rpk wood stock set, it just depends if your metal fitting are the same as an lct rpk.
  6. Very nice I am on the look out for a gen 2 so it would be a faux pas on my part to suggest a price. I will be keeping an eye out on the classified. However just to throw an idea out there. You could just use it as an AK103 if your committed to replicating the 7.62 AK's you could keep as is or if you want the standard factory look, you would just need the AK74M full black polymer stock.
  7. I run an lct rpk, standard v3 gear box and AK hop unit so spare and modification parts are very easy to get hold of. Feed from a verity of mag from 2000rd auto drum mags to 30rd low cap mag, so it has some cross mag compatibility with my other guns. Full steel and laminated wood, has the look of an lmg but nice and relatively light weight to be carried/ used all day. Has a massive battery space in the stock I can fit a 7.4v 2200 mAH lipo. Only internal mods I have done is a pro win AK hop unit and a Modify flat hop up bucking for 25.g and above. I have added a lct rpk side mount to replicate the RPKN so I can use optics. The ppn3 nvg scope was to show that if the side mount can support it weight, any other optic is not a problem.
  8. A slight miscommunication. I mean is the zenitco rail you bought for the 105 specifically for E&L AKs? As some manufactures make them for different brands of AKs. E&L furniture specs are different from LCT. So if you bought an LCT rail and put it on a your E&L that maybe a possible cause of your problem.
  9. You may have to press down on the gas tube itself, I have the problem in the past, another the other point is to make sure the front part of the gas tube is fully push into the gas block port. Is the zenitco rail for the E&L series of AKs and not LCT/Cyma?
  10. Unfortunately You need to post your AD in the classified section of the forum. You may need to meet a minim post count before you can thought not sure someone will correct me on this.
  11. Has, anyone  had any dealings with DK armaments airsoft either in the past or recently?

I am having problems regarding postage, I am wondering if this is business as usual or just a isolated incident.

Really, their tag stuff is cheaper than a few other places in the UK and they had it  stock.

If I was closer I would have gone in person. The main take away for me was postal time are quite long even with their dpd courier. I may use them in the future if I am desperate but will consider other shops first or If am not in a rush.

My friends have had issues with their mags but overall they sort things out quickly we go in person the guy who owns it is good but yeah a lil more expensive on some stuff. Better than onlysoft who is down the road and suppodly better had nothing but faulty returns on guns and mags.

  12. 20 years interesting. Personally I would estimate for the vest at about £95-£125 whether you include PayPal fees and postage in that price that something you will have to consider. As for the Vog belt in my opinion between £75-£85 again whether you include PayPal fees and postage in that price that something you will have to consider. A nice set up for a first & second Chechen war loadout and quite nice for the ability from the vest to hold two 5.45X39 mags per cell.
  13. Do you possibly know the purchase history, did you buy directly from a store or a private seller? Unfortunately there a number of quite well made replicas of this type of rigs such as frontowiec Belt-A - Lifchik version, that have sometimes been known to be falsely passed off a genuine surplus with added markings and some added ware and tear.
  14. Personally if their you favourite's and your on the fence about selling them, I would keep them. You can always sell them down the line if they no longer hold any sentimental value. However you no doubt know got some very rare and in two case niche items, as for pricing very tricky. If you can post them world wide then I personally don't think you have any problems selling the GHK RPK, NPO 9A91u or the NPO SR2M,whether you can be bothered to deal with the hassle of international shipping that up to you.
  15. Not sure if the price is a typo or the actual asking price but £6,300.00 for LCT VSS with a Mancraft PDIK words fail me. https://prefired.co.uk/ads/lct-vss-dmr-hpa-mancraft-pdik/
  16. I did not see that eBay listing thanks for the info I shall adjust the price.
  17. While normally you would be correct. However currently wgc shop only have the King arms GP-30 for pre-order https://www.wgcshop.com/products/king-arms-gp-30-grenade-launcher-for-ak-series So seeing as wgc don't have it for sale at the moment and with no definite date of restock and combined with my preliminary search to see the current going rate of these gp-30 and with many place showing out of stock. I believed the higher price was justified, due to the condition it in, and it already being here in the UK so no international postage fees or possibilities of import and custom payments, which you have to pay if ordering from wgc or any other shop for that matter outside of the UK. Combined with the fact that currently no UK shops have the KA gp-30 in stock. I believe I am reasonable in my asking pricing, I am of course open to pricing suggestion and negation. In the end the market will decided and I will adjust prices accordingly. That one of the good things about this forum, we can have civil discourse (for the most part).
  18. Something to consider is Partizan-M camo, it is very good for UK woodland in my opinion, and its reversible so you get summer and autumn camo in one suit. https://mancraftuk.com/product/partizan-m/
  19. In my opinion I would say your looking at £100-£120 all in. As you point out the current global events are restricting stock, but unfortunately it current gen ( has been seen in use by Russians involved in Syria) and not the more desirable Avizant, Oxford version's which are always in very high demand. You may increase your total if you sell the smersh in the AK set up and split the svd/vss mags off separately, but that depends if you want the work.
  20. These modified chicom rigs maybe of some interest to you. https://www.hubcityoutdoors.com/rigs-and-plate-carriers/type-81 https://www.hubcityoutdoors.com/rigs-and-plate-carriers/type-56
  21. The miss aligned fire selector is common niggle on well used RS type 97&97b and as you said reassembly on the unit or damaged/broken gearbox selector rack gear set , if yours are fine then there no problem just something prospective buyer and collector look for. As for the max estimate/offer of £280 reading that did give me a chuckle, I would be interested in knowing where you asked to get the 280 estimate? If they were both really well used example with non of the original parts, accessories and box or worse irreparably externally modified, then that would be a fair estimate but yours are two extremely nice example's. If you do decide to sell them good luck, they are currently ( at the time of typing this) very rare but a niche and in some respect date weapons but reliable and solid non the less, I am sure the right buyer will know what you have. I shall be keeping a close watch on the classifieds.
  22. In my opinion for the Type 97 I wager you could ask what you want due to the condition it in, but possibly looking at a base price of £480-500+ just judging from the pictures you posted, if you are willing to hold out for the right buyer/collector. I know a few people in the US who are rather keen for the 97. I am assuming it does not suffer from the fire selector miss alignment? As for the Type 97b they can be slightly more tricky to sell they just don't quite have the same draw I find compared with 97, put in my opinion they are rarer due to that factor. I would say a base price of £480-500 give or take. The spare parts a always nice to have for a longevity and I know airsoft world has a fair few RS type 97 parts at the moment, but they do sweeten the deal. Internal mod are really down to the prospective buyer as to whether they add value or not.
  23. This exact question is doing the rounds of RU/Combloc Airsoft social media group. In my opinion it's down to the player, but if you have RU patches and unit Identifiers maybe best to remove them for now. Unfortunately I only have RU kit nothing from a particular unit and no digital flora but still distinctly Russian. So I may have to adjust and see. What's also interesting is that when the conflict in Ukraine, first started with Russian involvement in the break away regions in East Ukraine and Crimea. I noticed a lot of people wanting to do the little green men/ polite people kit and a lot of Shops around the world were happy to stock & sell the kit, even though the RU forces were involved where some would say they should not be. There also RU involvement in Syria another interesting kit that a number people wanted even though the Russians were supporting President Bashar al-Assad. So the question is has Russian kit always been a bit of a mine field for reenacting/Airsoft?
  24. Have/did Border force seized and confiscated your parcel, then send the police round to have a chat, or did they send you a letter saying your goods had been seized, then send the police round? Also will your item be destroyed?
  25. Oh yeah are they about this sorta stuff? They are one of many FB groups that focus on RU/Combloc stuff, but NP has been around for awhile, so it has a fair few post and articles, that covers a variety of interest on the subject. So you can search in the group and more of than not, you can find info you need or it can point you in the right direction. Such as kit list for units in conflict's. Which helps when you're looking to buy items.
