A lot of WE guns seem to be a touch bigger that heir real steel counterparts. Now, fabric or soft holsters will be fine, but hard cases may not fit.

I left school at 15, fucked off to Cyprus to live with my uncle and work in his bars for 6 months n then came back to the UK. I then moved to Sweden with my parents and served by 2 years conscription within the Swedish armed forces...i then worked in my family business restoring classic cars before realising I wanted something different and returned to the UK. I'm now 23, with a fiancee and 10 month old daughter, working as an assembler for a biomedical company on fairly good money. But its not enough, I know I'm better than this, and to that end have decided to jump ship, so to speak, and pursue a career down at the docks, starting on 24k a year driving container tugs about, before hopefully moving onto either crane operating or a supervisory role (type 1 diabetic so possibly no cranes). Its somewhere I know I will prosper, with hard work. I left school with 1 B, 6 Cs and a D...and now I'm earning 23k a year, plus bonus and shift allowances, and will finally be happy in a job.

Moral is this, take your time, figure out what you want from life for now and the future, and work hard

These first two are me with my SRC AK47u, havent skirmished it yet but am doing so on sunday, so fingers crossed my hard work (complete strip and rebuild) has paid off

and here i am again with my nice new (well, new to me) Tokyo Marui Glock 18c....damn this things a beast and ive only dry fired it!

My basic loadout is a plain black primark hoody with a plain black tshirt underneath, DPM95 (i think) trousers and a Northern Ireland Chest Rig (pouches full of mags for the ak (and soon the glock), a B&M £1.99 torch, black electrical tape, cable ties and power bars as im a type 1 diabetic). Boots are provided by the swedish military (not pictured as they're covered in crap and the fiancee moaned at me haha) from my 2 years conscription. Also not shown is my tactical beanie hat haha.

Well I wrote PIRA because it was the Provisional Irish Republican Army who did the deed to which I was referring. Had it been the "Real IRA" or some other drug dealing extortionists masquerading as a political organisation, then that it what I would have written. I feel it's generally good to be precise when discussing such matters, because, as has been noted, they often involve strong feelings and issues concerning which many people have adopted the polarised simplistic opinion/s espoused by those who proselytise/d the credo of a "side".

I think that in this case the point which I was mainly making also required such precision because I did intend to refer specifically to the organisation which viewed itself, and was viewed by the majority of Irish Catholics regardless of whether they lived in Eire or Ulster and also regardless of whether they practised religion, as the legitimate armed forces of The Provisional Irish Republic, the existence of which superseded the acceptance of the treaty conditions which created the Republic which exists now. The point may seem trivial, however it is far from it.

The PIRA managed to operate extremely successfully right on our doorstep, where surveillance would have been far, far, easier than in, say, Saudi Arabia, and at a time when Political Correctness, as it became known, was still just a twinkle in progressively minded individuals' eyes, hence mainland British police did arrest and beat/torture people for nothing more than having an Irish accent. To my mind that sets them apart from the generalisation of 'terrorist' which today is glibly applied to any armed person/group/country whom/which are/is dissatisfied with the Pax Americana, so long as they originate in the Muslim world.

Thus a loadout consisting of black and DPM, including a black bally rather than, for eg a shemagh, and armed with an AK47 which reminds me of the soldiers of a genuine realistic enemy of the UK Govt circa 1980 seems to me to be worth pointing out and distinguishing from a loadout which could have been worn by, for eg, in other circumstances than those for which he is infamous, some bell end who failed to set fire to his own underpants...

Frizz, 15 is a lot older than many of the combatants in the world's most protracted conflicts.

I'm 44. For pretty much all my life I've oscillated back and forth from skin-head to letting it grow out long and it grows fast. For now, while I've got no bald spots or noticeable grey, I'm giving it a last chance to blow in the wind etc.

You could get some Incentive Designs tracer mags. I have a couple and they're pretty good. Bright enough to see where you're firing but not as bright as a silencer type. Not always a bad thing.

Yeah, to bring my new RPK inline with my "armoury" I'll be swapping it to Deans and rewiring it to take Turnigy Nano Tech 11.1V LiPo's under the top cover, rather than in the stock where the battery fits OOTB and I have a Burst Wizard BW3 MOSFET lurking in my bits box which has a pre-cocking function, as well as the AB necessary for 11.1 volts.

My plan for the RPK in the fullness of time is to set it up with a high cycle rate, hence the POM double O-ring cylinder head I ordered with the RPK as opposed to the aluminium Magic Box design, but eventually I will DMR it using a mechanical semi-auto only lock off. I'll be keeping it as a high FPS support weapon for the Balshoy Bolshevik Bash though so, if I manage to sort out programming the BW3 in the time I have between receiving it and the Bash, I will tune the ROF down to a real world figure - apparently it sounds great with this MOSFET because it keeps the fast cycle rate and introduces a delay between, in effect, discrete semi-auto shots.

But my track record with programming BW MOSFET's isn't good, so this may all prove to be academic...

At 14 I was doing three paper rounds (£42 a week) as well as working in the local garage sweeping up and making tea Saturday and Sunday morning. Friday and Saturday night I work at the pub round the corner washing glasses...well loading a bloody great dishwasher up. All in all I took about £80 a week, but my mum took £25 off me for housekeep! The rest paid for ciggys, a bottle of white lightning for sunday nights bus shelter boozing, and kept me able to collect warhammer. It was hard work but at the same time I enjoyed knowing the money I has was because I was earning it, not being given it like my friends. It eats into your social time alot, so don't expect to have many friends haha
