  1. Who says airsofter can't look FABULOUS. My half face mesh mask came today. Not the most exciting purchase but better than having to pick my teeth off Tac House's floor............

  2. Not to worry ian, never so much as touched a gun with a MOSFET inside. If I spent money on that kind of thing I wouldn't have as much to spunk on aesthetics and other frivolities. Gun might lock up on semi, but at least it's pwettyful.

  4. So today when I was doing my AS D&T work I was bored and thought I would make a GoPro mount for the picatiny rail... That is the outcome, I also printed out a rail to put it on, was wondering if anyone has any ideas on what else I could try and 3D Print? Thanks!

  5. I'm just glad I bought loads with my LM4, so i'll never have to deal with the hassle of finding them. Now just to scrape up enough funds for an MKM

  6. They seem to hold the mags as tightly if not more-so than the normal ones to be honest, I was a bit sceptical at first but am very happy with how they've turned out. I fitted them to my DCS, they have slight movement (millimetres but noticeable if you try to move it) if you try and twist them due to not having the molle weaved as many times but it's not a massive amount and are still very secure- especially when the final bit is folded back up under the elastic. When stacked next to another it's not even noticeable. I've adjusted mine very tight and the grip the mags surprisingly well- haven't tried a stanag style yet, only pmags but I'll get round to it tomorrow, I see no reason for concern though, certainly a mag wont wobble out. I've only tried pmags as I say, but i'll try an m14 and whatever other mags I can find lying around to check adjust-ability too- though I'm very impressed so expect it again to be no issue. Again I haven't skirmished them yet but from having a play with them I expect them to be great- the only thing I will say is that as I have them so tight, TM recoil mags can be a bit slower than normal aeg mags to put back into the pouches due to the cut-out for the bolt lock feature. The way I see it though is that I'm only ever going to be putting mags back in the pouches from my dump pouch when I'm sure it's safe and no chance of getting hit where I'd have a little extra time- it's only a second or so extra anyway but something to be aware of all the same. If any of that didn't make sense then sorry, im tired lol.

  7. Ordered some from there and pre-ordered 11 from Evike. I think the PMAGs look cooler, but that's just my opinion. I chose to get 11 of the normal mags from Evike cos I have no idea when they'll have more

  8. Yeah out of better printers. The quality of that part looks like the printer cost no more than £300. The on at my uni however costs like £50,000. Smooth as silk, super strong and much more detail. Also does metal.

  9. Actually I was in a nail salon with my g/f last year and i was so bored i asked if they would do me a manicure while i waited for she-whom-must-be-indulged's fancy pants falsies to be applied and painted... "NO WAY," came the stern admonition, "We don't do men." No explanation, in fact a complete refusal to elaborate... fuck 'em, eh? Will do. Those gloves look almost as good as Southcombe Bros'. Got a linky?

  10. Finished the model of the hop arm on autocad, now going to make a few versions with different tolerances in dimensions. To be fair I copied the Dangerwerx Type B arm way too much for my liking but don;t fix what isn't broken amirite? It's not like I'm going to be that much a cnut and sell these anyway. It was fairly simple to make once I got a good reference picture. Guess my experience with blender may have helped n me getting the hang of autocad. I Will still message Dangerwerx Dave to see if he's fine with me using his design(Then again he did kind of use Noobie's designs which were more or less open source) However can;t hurt to be 100% sure. The arm so far, looks identical to Dave's HE lever,It's a bit embarrassing Gucci H nubs may be harder but I'll give them a go soon. If I can sort something out with my brother and the 3D printer at his workplace then maybe I can get one or two production runs of gucci H nubs. If I ever do I'd imagine I'd sell them for about a euro or some each, depends on how expensive materials and all that craic is.

  11. M_P

    G&G Firehawk

Top tech is g&g's range of higher end guns. The have the combat machines and lower end rifles with lower grade parts and internals and then there's the top techs with better internals. That's pretty much it in a nutshell

  12. I should say at an acceptable price, £72 is ridiculous.

  13. No where in the UK as far as I can see. Fire-support are selling the pmag style ones though but at £170 for 3 they can fuck right off.

  14. Assuming you're talking to me? just under £20 or there abouts, they seem decent enough, all real leather and nomex, sizing fits my hand better than oakley's gloves do- i've always found the oakley's fingers a little short. Obviously I've not used them whilst skirmishing yet but they seem pretty solid and should hold up to abuse well enough.

  15. Was looking to get a pair of Merrell sawtooths but couldn't justify the price of importing them when I could probably pick up something similar in the uk for half the price. I was browsing eBay and came across some TMC Sawtooth copies and for 19.99 I thought I'd give them a try. So far I'm really impressed with them. For the price the quality is superb. Obviously not as good as the merrells but for once or twice a month airsoft use they are fine. Ill update once I've used them for a while to see just how they hold up.
