I got a couple of messages from folks selling theirs, so there must be some around. There's also been an add in the classifieds selling 3D printed ones.

FYI... the one I got was missing the 'spacer' so I had to DIY one from some pipe.

Octagon used to sell them with the spacers, but they aren't on their site now :(.

I was looking at those too but was impatient, so placed a wanted add in the classifieds.

Here is my DIY job, it suits my uses but wouldn't be game worthy, picked up the pipe from Screwfix direct with some electric trunking which I used for the torch mount. It was a pretty easy bodge TBH.

That is nice; I am going for a more minimalist look.
