Gunfire have them in stock and slightly cheaper at the moment. Depending on the length you wanted.

No mention of a MOSFET on Gunfire. The TaiwanGun ones come with them.

 

I've noticed different specs (and prices) on supposedly the same models from CYMA across TaiwanGun and Gunfire. I would double-check before going with the cheapest option.

 

Oh, and the hand guards look like standard M4 which is a real shame.
