Love the role of Back Garden Shooter to pretend an absolutely shite collection of guns has some use case.

I usually take that as a euphemism for being something you technically can skirmish but really, really don't want to.

Correct me if I'm wrong as always but, this price seems a bit mental for a very mediocre gun.

I was 50/50 on it.... but the more i typed, the more i agree its overpriced.

On one hand its a used krytac vector, and finger in the air price is maybe the £450-500 for a normal build. But then the full amount of KoA service has been added to it. Plus it's unknown number of rounds put through the speedi-boi wanker setup, and it's at least 3rd hand now.

KoA work drops the price IMO.

God I remember some local ijit with an NGRS who had paid for KoA's most expensive package. Trying to shift it for £1800 naked with one mag.

Tried claiming that £1000 of KoA upgrades made it a Godkiller that could print sub MoA groups at a mile. Absolute wank.

Why would I pay for a gun to have been "repaired" - and it will doubtless need it again soon if it's actually shooting 48rps.  No wonder half the mags are unused, it's probably never worked for long enough to get through them. :D

If you have that money to spend, buy one for £450 new (or less for used but stock) and send it off to Luke at Negative to be turned into a usable wankergun, with known components.

I am interested in why you have that view of KoA; I have only used them once, to do a complete overhaul and repair of my son’s pistol, and had a very positive experience.

Well collecting things is one of the things they ask about when assessing how neurospicy someone is and we've all seen the pictures of your gun walls😉

Add Motorbikes, Vinyl & other militaria into the mix.

Think this is my first Mack's entry...

Am I right in thinking this seller wants new price for this used rif?

I'm sure they're fine, I just look at the Longsword Package and question the value of it.

That said, I've worked in hi-fi sales in the past. Selling gold plated, inline filtered, quintuple shielded cables to wealthy idiots taught me that honestly they will spend that money either way. Might as well chib them for it.

Idk I do my own tech work, it's part of why I don't bother with AEGs these days. I'm a tight fisted Scottish bitch like that.

Oh he's charging extra for every attachment? Cheeky.

Yeah that's a pisstake price at £795 for the gun. I'd also question his tech work, the VFC SR25 needs some serious TLC to shine.

When you're £250 above Dave's price then you know you're just taking the piss. Imported would be half that price.

You are absolutely right. About 2-250 overpriced imo. Thought for a second that's an okay price with all the attachments until I saw his cheekiness in the listing.

Split the XPI's and tech light, the rest of it is chinesium crapola.

I'm really late to this one but thats also a C2R helmet cover. One of them alone went for £250 on ebay recently. Not everyones cup of tea unless you're really into an impression but worth pointing out in the interest of fairness.

Edit: Ignore me, its an ODG. I misread.

I do my own tech work except on pistols, which I just don’t like working on.

I get where you are coming from with regard to hi-fi kit.  There is so much bullshit used to sell overpriced tat that is claimed to give a massive upgrade; it is very much like airsoft really.

Yours for £200 and collecting it, shonky hard case, ali express looking plate carrier 3 mags, acm looking mesh face protection, cheap looking 2nd hand eye-pro and some mechanix gloves which may actually be legit......

I  assume under that foam inside the case is a stash of whatever illegal substance he was on?

Might be rare and discontinued, its still not worth £2000. Especially as there was another one sold on here a while ago for £750 less than that.

The guns themselves were about £700 new in 2017, the mags were about £80 a pop, even calculating rate of inflation, you still come out to around £1300 new.

I think this is the only time you'll catch me saying this but £2000 has always been the standard for these in my eyes. Grozas are such a niche gun that it's purely a buyers market for them. I've heard people offering friends of mine upwards of £1600 for a much smaller package on these guns. Plus you're talking about a nearly an 8 year old mint condition kit which is crazy when I think about it.

Not gonna lie but I'd like one in my collection but there are plenty of other things I'd rather spend £2K on.

Lol, "inflation" has nothing to do with the price of a discontinued collectors item.

These packages vary depending on condition and "original" accessories more so than any other average gun. Finding a Groza packages with the suppressor, four 9x39 magazines and the rail is extremely difficult. Similar packages fetch similar money in other countries.

Gone are the days where you could pick one of these up in the box for less than £1k, even with no accessories.

Honestly, you're a tad biased given its your business model. Maybe worth staying out of this one, hmm?

The point where I listen to a retailer on what is a fair price, is the day I stop playing airsoft.

Is it a bullshit price? Yeah.

Is someone probably going to buy it? Also yes.

It's a niche collector's item that there's not really a modern replacement for.

There is literally a conversion kit that someone in the US has done last year, with the files costing $35 to buy. One modern replacement.

Our old friend is still peddling retal priced guns. At RRP, is he paying VAT and providing a warranty for the gun?

Yeah it's a 3DP kit, people want something that's machined typically.

I mean they're going bananas for that Saiga Groza kit rn. I tell ya, someone will buy it.

He's done step files, so it can be machined.
