Supporters MrCheesman94 Posted February 3, 2014 Supporters Share Posted February 3, 2014 I already have an M4 and M1911. Just wondering what you guys what recommend on buying as a second primary?
Supporters Ian_Gere Posted February 4, 2014 Supporters Share Posted February 4, 2014 Something which can share mags and batteries with your 1st primary. What's your budget?
kriegar
Perhaps something to change your play style, a sniper rifle or support weapon maybe?
two_zero
either that (*in response to Ian) or something super reliable (cyma ak 042 or higher) with a highcap also, what brand is the m4/1911?
two_zero
Perhaps something to change your play style, a sniper rifle or support weapon maybe? dont really think this is a very good idea at all. First, if you get a sniper rifle and your primary goes down, you have to change game style completely. Running around stacking up kills has become laying around in a bush waiting. Sniping also takes a lot of skill and practice and is not something you just throw yourself into for one game. A sniper rifle is also going to cost a fortune in upgrades before worth sniping with. Likewise support weapons tend to be fairly expensive and most people getting them do so with a clear intention to get a support weapon. other way around would probably work thou. ea, a sniper/support gunner getting an m4 for secondary. remus
well if you are happy with your other 2 then go for something a little different. currently i have an m4 and a tommy gun as my primary backup, which is pretty different as far as style/playstyle goes. and i love it but my m4 is soo much easier to play with. ive also an aug, which to me feels so much more comfortable. (still not working and getting parts for these is a pain in the arse. just be sure before you go onto anything else that you are finished anything you want to do to your m4( although if doing anything internal you might want a backup incase something dosent work)
Russe11
What's your play style like? Do you run around like a loon? Are you stealthy? Do you spray bb's or aim carefully and pick people off? Do you like CQB or more open fighting? The options are to get something similar to your current gun but maybe for a different look/loadout. AK47, L85... A SMG for more CQB type fighting: MP5, MP5K, MP7 A support weapon: M249 or M60 A DMR or sniper: Lots of options but if you want to start slowly maybe an M14 or M16 you can gradually change into a DMR Something more retro for a bit of fun dressing up. Sten, Thompson, MP40, PPSH
Supporters Lozart Posted February 4, 2014 Supporters Share Posted February 4, 2014 If you've got plenty of mags for your M4, try looking for other STANAG compatible weapons - SCAR-L, F2000 etc?
Supporters M_P Posted February 4, 2014 Supporters Share Posted February 4, 2014 As others have said, it's too vague a question, we need to know more info- are you asking whether we think you should buy an aeg, sniper rifle, dmr or what? Or what specific rifle- m4 etc?
Guest PT247
if you have a full length rifle how about a carbine or CQB M4, my Umarex Mini Patriot fires just as far as a full length rifle and just as accurate yet only has a 175mm barrel, means you can rock a CQB site for a change of scenery or utilize it in normal skirmishing if your no1 primary fails you too! AK47frizzle
You want a TM P90 high cycle. I know you want one. You crave it. You want to fap to the lovely plastic body and lick the lovely metal gearbox that you don't need to touch.

Mike1971
Completely left field but how about an SA80 AFV. It will share mags with the M4, give you a good rate of fire and be reasonably compact for CQC
