Mk23 ssx23 ssx303 hpa magazine adapter for Tokyo Marui drum mag. I used this with my ssx303 but changed to a shotgun shell mag instead. I'm sorry there is no drum mag but I've repurposed it with a hi capa hpa adapter. This adapter works perfectly with no leaks. If you plug it in and put it in your gun it will fire. You will however need to supply your own drum mag to feed the bb's. If it assists to widen your search, I use double M4 mag pouches with a full flap (i.e . pouches that fit 2x m4 mags each) which fit a single M14 magazine well. -
It's fine. Trouble is with alot of embassy images and even task force black stuff. So many people have recreated it or done impressions of it. That when you do search for images, ends up flooded with airsoft or reenactment pics instead of real deal ones. And unless you know what exactly to look for, it can be very confusing. We've all fallen fowl of it at some point. So don't worry too much.

Hello MWS enthusiasts, new owner here for first foray into gas. Got myself an M4A1 on a good secondhand deal for a setup I’m going for but, unsurprisingly, already going down the rabbit hole… I’d like to have the option of a 10.5” barrel for a CQBR build as well, seen various photos when Googling that suggest the outer barrel forward of the FSP can be unscrewed and a shorter extension added, despite trying to search the thread, not really coming up with anything so far. I have a stock barrel, am I on the right track or do I need to source a complete 10.5” outer/get a modular barrel kit? Thanks in advance…!

Had a quick search and couldn't see any discussion of this. Wolverine have now announced their new 'Havoc' engine, which is their answer to a HPA shotgun engine. Instead of multiple barrels, it effectively has a whacky hop chamber that holds eight BBs ready to go. When you pull the trigger, it sends all eight down range then reloads another eight. There's a decent video of it here: What are everyone's thoughts? One one hand, I love the idea of a bit of airsoft innovation. On the other, a semi-auto that slings eight 1J BBs could lead to some overkill temper tantrums.

Bloody hell that's fugly. I always thought he comes across as a bit of a tit in his videos but I can't really fault him for wanting to make a living from the hobby (I'm sure we all would if we could). Yes his stuff is all just cheap rebrands with a big mark up, but nobody is forced to buy it. What gets my goat is the cult of personality his sickophantic followers have built up around him. Edit: from a quick Google search he has been caught out writing and posting "independent" reviews of his products under a different name

That's part of all Airsoft I am talking about the posts I have no initiative or deductive reasoning so not prepared to spend 5 mins to figure it out and couldn't even figure out how to do a Google search for the answer so spoon feed me how to undo a hex head screw.

Sounds like you have a mature attitude so good start 👍 Stick to AEG for the beginning. I would say £250-£300 will get you a very decent performing & reliable BB slinger. Have a search in the forum for recommended first weapon and best manufacturers. (Obviously there will be a lot of M4/AK but might mention things to think about like attachments etc) Remember that all AEGs work with the same basic mechanism so the shape doesn't affect performance. Even barrel length may not guarantee better performance or accuracy. Higher quality components (cost) will generally improve performance out of the box but its not guaranteed either and there is generally a diminishing return the higher the cost. Basically, look for the style/shape you like the look of most and then research which one to buy. Don't rush into modifying. Its usually best to start that when you have at least 2 weapons so you have a backup. -

Plenty on fleabay, just search flecktarn pouch, that's where I got mine from. FYI there are molle pouches too for G36 mags but I've only seen them in DDPM -
Hello all, Basically I am looking to find pouches for my G36 magazines in Flecktarn to go with my others etc which in itself is proving to be difficult, but I am also after a quick draw style idealy. Having terrible luck in my search so thought I would see if anyone knew of anywhere ideally UK based and not costing an arm and a leg haha, looking for single or triple as double will not work with the way my rig is set up. Any assistance is greatly appreciated as always.

I'm hoping someone might be able to help, I've had a keyword search through the forums but can't seem to find anything relating to the current problem I have with my MWS. I'll insert a full magazine into the rifle and pull the charging handle back to get it ready to fire. I'll fire one shot and then the bolt gets stuck halfway through cycling and won't fire any more. The gas doesn't vent out of the magazine when this happens either. I don't think it's the loading nozzle as the first shot ALWAYS leaves the rifle as it should. This happens with all of my magazines. The gun is stock and I'm using 144a gas.

As everyone has said it should be fine, anyone can own pc's etc. BUT I'm gonna say something contentious that not everyone may like, but it has to be considered. You haven't said where your coming from, home country or ethnic origin, & Unfortunately some government agencies have been known to use racial profiling as a tool to essentially narrow down their search process in the "fight against terror". In that respect, should you tick any of the stereotypical boxes they look at, as someone here on a student visa, it would crap if some over eager civil servant spots the "military vest", & misconstrued it's purpose. If you felt this was feasible, might be better to mail the vest to your UK address & avoid any unpleasantness. On the flip side, probably like many here I like to use certain brands in daily life, whether it's clothing or luggage etc, when travelling to certain countries I've been inclined to tone down my attire, turn up looking like a poster model for 5.11 etc & you may get mistaken for something your not. It's a worldwide problem, but all we wanna do is pew pew lol. -
I've no experience of either, but things I'd consider... Maybe add the Nonvritsch SSR90 into your shortlist. I've always been told Krytac use many unique to them parts in their RIF's, so beware vendor lock in from them. If any of them have the Perun P90 controller installed as standard this would be a big plus point. ... and don't forget to search the forum...

personally I’d avoid any NPAS. Stick to a fixed valve design. Maybe NPAS have come a long way since I last used them, but fundamentally they were less stable and consistent than a regular valve. for the AKX it’s quite simple - you just search AKX on a site like JKArmy or Firesupport. Everything explicitly compatible will reference the AKX. Some of the AKM stuff will fit, but it requires more research. The 130% recoil spring is fine on its own. But if you’re going to open it up, why not change the piston head as well for a better experience. The heavy weight piston heads aren’t expensive and add to the recoil.

I fight with myself to not buy this gun but for sure I will loose so, did you recommand the ibex NPAS? I also have a problem to find upgrade/replacement parts. For my TM M4 MWS it’s easy, I only need to search using the letters "mws" but for the Akx…?! If I put the 130% recoil spring AND the hard kick gas piston, I need to change something? Is the hard kick Gas piston necessary to get a nice kick or only the recoil spring is good enough? Thanks

I did try the search function but nothing came up so hopefully not been asked before. What pouches do people use for the Sig 553 magazines? Generally they seem to fit in a 5.56 pouch, but the notches on n the side then stop them. Just seeing what other people use rather than guessing lol
