  1. But you were being a sneaky buggar... And you did take out about 40% of my team in that sequence, so my warning should be heeded...
  2. Figured I'd make a post instead of people maybe seeing my status update. So who's gonna be there? Also, post a description of your load out so we can all say hi (or so Trigger can sneak up and hit you from behind) I'll be in all black bar my LBV, which is a tan US army one. I'll be using an MP7 and G17. The back of my helmet has a tan AFUK patch. The visor of my DYE mask is yellow.
  3. Anyone going to The Mall on Sunday, the 3rd? There's still spaces...

Cool. Lafta, what'll you be wearing/using? Just so I can say hi.

  4. Haha, it's fine. There are pages of duplicate threads out there. From what I've looked at (as this is something I've been interested in for awhile) airborne platforms are a big nono. Take any airsoft gun with a high cap, add on the weight of a drone, then hit yourself on the head with it at terminal velocity... Not pretty to think about... Now, I go to FIT in Florida, and myself and a few others have been thinking about making an airsoft version of the TALON/SWORDS bots for terminator style games. We've already sorted sensors, capabilities, different models, etc. just not sure if we are actually gonna do it; a few of the sites around me have expressed interest, so we might just do so in the upcoming years. But a flying bot would be too difficult for a site to allow, I feel.
  5. Hmm, flying platform, not the best idea. First off, you would be looking at like, 6 minutes of battery maybe. Then, I know for sure that a drone can be take down by an airsoft gun; one to the prop will ok it.
  6. 2003 gold Hondo Odyssey. Not the coolest, not got the best mileage, but it means everyone loves me at uni cause I can drive them to parties, and I don't drink (for medical reasons), so I am always DD
  7. I use a TM MP7 at The Mall, and while it's true GG isn't great in the cold, in a TM (heck, even in my WE Glocks...) it isn't an issue in The Mall. And, it's just amazing. Any chance you are gonna be there the 3rd? I may hit that game, and you can look at my MP7. But EVOs are nice too:) believe the shop at The Mall currently has some in stock as well, if you didn't want to wait for shipping
  8. Sorry, mixed up civi and mil spec sizes, you are correct. Let me do some research real quick; worst comes to worst I can always bring some over (as I live in the states and have connections to RHC and Safariland.
  9. Fair enough, let me rephrase . RHC has tested it on (afaik) all AR tubes. I have tested it on WE, G&G, TM, KWA, VFC, and maybe a few more; it fits all them. It also comes with a shim to convert it to fit thinner tubes (real steel called civi tubes). Plus, you can just attach it to any sling mount; I have this sling on my TM MP7, S&T TAR, ARES Stoner, and my E&L AK, none of which have buffer tubes.
  10. Sorry bud, messed up the link as I posted it from my tablet. Here's a real link http://www.holsterops.com/Single-Point-M4-Rifle-Harness Please note, this will work on all AR buffer tubes, or anything with a sling mount
  11. Let me get lynched again. I use the Safariland single point. I'll link it below. The quick detach is excellent. www.safariland.com gun-accessories
  12. "Deck the halls with balls of C4, Fa la la la la, la la la boom!"
  13. Would anyone be interested in a few airsoft videos filmed from a drone's perspective? Just got a nice one, and l plan to film some games in the US.

Only if you can actually see what is happening below and not shakey out of focus biews. Plus need to have a commentary to say what is happening without an annoying soundtrack.

Well, I got a 3DR SOLO, and I did get the gimble. I will pair it with a 4k GoPro (and when the 5 comes out, 8k), and my voice isn't too horrible ;) Ill test it out first.

  14. Haha, you thought I was serious... Nah mate, but props for trying
  15. United Kingdom Tank Retailer Association? I suppose there is room for confusion between the two
  16. Only if you aren't UKTRA registered.
  17. True, but this isn't newegg... But I did get a few parts through them.
  18. Well, my wallet is crying bloody murder... Dropped over 3 grand in the last week... On quasi-Airsoft stuff... Building a 3D modeling computer (I guess I can make better Airsoft videos with it 😉) Ended up being more like $1700 with shipping (pic below) Then I splooged and got myself a 3DR SOLO quadrotor. A guy I know used a drone to film a game I was at here in the states, so I needed to be able to do the same 😊
  19. There's an M1 A1 Abrams in Ohio for $65000 right now...
  20. *peeks out from behind a bush* A holster, you say?... For a good holster for sub £100 go Safariland 578 GLS ProFit holster. Fits all the modern guns, the g18 is no exception. I use them on my 226s, g17s, 1911s, m9s, m&ps, etc. all in one holster
  21. Anyone else headed to The Mall on Sunday the 20th? Would like to say hi to whoever's there.

  22. Oh trust me, it will. I've used mine in full on Florida rain in 90+ degree (F) weather, with no fog at all. They are amazing.
  23. Well, I suppose I'll play it safe and not bring any RIF parts. Now, what I do want to bring are M4 and g17 mags (I took all mine with me to the states), and my Xcortech tracer system. Would these things be OK? I know on GBB mags to take them apart so there's no pressure. And these will all be checked, not carried on.
