  1. Why? PLA is stronger, just don't leave in the sun in a closed car, which you probably shouldn't do to any guns.
  2. Don't mind me, I'm a woodland guy. But. The main problem I have with these kinds of sites that they become quite boring after a few times. Or if they are built to be more variable, then they are just some OSB walls which looks shit. Varying objectives to make people focus on different parts of the site is useful though - to an extent.
  3. Very nice looking kit. Except for the stock, that looks a bit flimsy. There are many clever details on it, it shows that you've put a lot of work and thoughts in this.
  4. ^^This. It's crap. I mean the CO2 bolt.
  5. The Striker's cylinder and piston is straight to bin unfortunately.
  6. Fuck. Now you've ruined it for me.
  7. Are you cursed with the pistols? ? Nope
  8. You don't actually need a new hop rubber or whatnot, unless you got a lemon. It can shoot 70m nicely with the factory ones. The nozzle does stay in the rubber until it hits the thing that holds the springs, that's how it is supposed to work. It needs to stay in the barrel and on the mag until the bolt (or whatever that's cycling) is back enough. Then the spring pulls it back, once out of the barrel, so it can load the next BB.
  9. Actionhobbies motor clearout. I ordered one because why not and I got a blue bottom Chinese one, which is one of the best high torque motors available. So I ordered 3 more and 2 of those are blue bottom ones, one is a normal Chinese motor. http://www.actionhobbies.co.uk/Standard-AEG-Replacement-Motor-Without-Pinion-Long_A227A7.aspx?nh=281823
  10. I've ordered mine in February and got it in July from wgc. Covid and postage problems.
  11. They say a 2mm rubber is enough. Mine is bigger and made from a harder rubber thing.
  12. I have one. Played on an event with it once, so far I like it very much. Some parts of it are made of cheese. The screws for example and only after less than 100 rounds there was the big dent on the thing the hammer hits. Gluing a small rubber there is a must. Mine shoots very nice with the stock parts after a cleanup. Easy 70m torso hits on the test range. My Hi-capa couldn't reach it, only 65m. I'm trying to make it quieter with various methods. It's in progress.
  13. I bet it's the AA chamber. I don't like that at all.
  14. That's a problem of ML bucking, not the gun. All my ML buckings looked like shit after a very short use. I have flamingo in the Striker.
  15. That doesn't sound right. Don't mill out anything until absolutely sure that's what's needed. If it's like a spring then can't it be pinching the hopup rubber? I meant to take it apart and get the cylinder out, get the hop unit out with the barrel and try to push them together. Or just the bolt with the receiver, but without the barrel and hop. Etc.
  16. Never charge any airsoft spring boltie like in that video. As for the problem. You should find out what exactly stops it from going fully forward. The hop unit, the bucking, something in the receiver or the trigger unit. Take it apart and examine combination without the others.
  17. Don't get a longer barrel unless you get the bigger volume cylinder. Get the as02 and a suppressor to make it longer and quieter.
  18. Maple leaf buckings' QC is lacking lately. You should try some other, like the new Modify one. I heard good things about it. I personally use Flamingo. I'd use softer one, 60, maybe 50, depending on the weight you use.
  19. This. Keep improving your product, so the competitors are left behind. Do it at a price that's not more than the double of the copies, do better marketing. Ideas will be stolen. Having a good idea and half assedly selling is not enough.
  20. Great, thank you very much @Solly4568
  21. Yay, Duck is back ???

Just popping in/out to see how you chaps are doing...

Years have flown by, looked around & Duck Jnr is at Uni (2nd year)

Jeez, so just messing about with some bits n bobs

(looking at fixing all them guns I busted in the past)

So just checking in now n then to see what's what

maybe Baby Duck might do some plinking soon

(12 going 13, so who knows I might be skirmishing in a zimmer frame)

But just starting to tinker again on crappy cheapo guns I broke

Nice to see you guys are still around

      missed you lot too btw

  22. Outer diameter and maybe the length. (Just because I'm lazy to make a few test prints to get the proper size.) I have printed guide rings for my Bar-10 and they worked nicely. PLA can be quite smooth. I've been eyeing this ring and I think I even printed one at one point but I don't remember what the outcome was. Seeing you being excited about it made me wanting it again. Thank you in advance.
  23. Could you please measure it next time you take it apart? For... khm... education.
  24. Yes, you need a piston too. Mine became useless in two games. Yes, less force will be needed when cocking. 45 degree trigger with strong spring is pressing the piston against the cylinder.
  25. You have to get a new cylinder set. The original one is completely useless. ?
