  1. Wouldn't let me open the video. Most likely a compatibility issue with the Gate gearbox and hop chamber / Nuprol receiver. Can be a sod of an issue. Adding onto what @Fatboy40 said 1. What's the length of the inner barrel? 2. What's the cylinder type?
  2. Yep, you still can I believe. There's a post on one of the FB groups right now where one guy showed the price differences. Interesting stuff indeed. Seemed going through PB added around £70 to the TG price that we used to get pre-Brexit.
  3. @Fatboy40 not much to see really. I spoke to DE couple of years ago when they first came out with their new range, you had to purchase a 20ft container load. So spending around £40,000 plus the shipping and importation fees
  4. It's probably an old price before the value of the £ dropped like a sack of spuds against the $. 1.38 last year, now 1.15 (ouch). In the catalog there's only $3 different between the C and D 🙂
  5. @Cr0-Magnon When Luke did the work did he configure it as a DMR originally? For standard builds he does a lot short-stroking. I don't know much about those G2 gearboxes. @Lozart From memory I think it's the other way round, the zci hop window is around 1.5mm longer for the MR patch, but it's never really caused me an issue on testing, however every single brand will react differently.
  6. Out of interest what type of cylinder does it come with, you mentioned the stock inner barrel is 463mm so I'm assuming closed?
  7. Yes, last week. Kinda makes sense now.
  8. From what little I know about GDPR apparently it's acceptable to share data / information without consent if there's a lawful basis. Since you're accessing this information to check the buyers eligibility under UK law I would have thought this constitutes a "lawful basis" but I'm no "para legal". However if he's already given you his UKARA he could also grant you permission / consent for the retailer to check this information. That's my take on it.
  9. Ahhh right, yeah it's if one of those then it'll be bang on. My M110 has done 500,000 and still at M110. Could be one of many things buddy, air nozzle is a good place to start, also make sure no clogged vents on the piston head etc. What's the inner barrel length and the cylinder type?
  10. I can't remember the last time I worked on a CM16 before so I can't be specific but in general a M110 should be getting you around 360fps with 0.2g. It could also be the brand of spring. If it's a cheaper one or older might have lost it's power in which case nothing to worry about. Running a M110 won't cause too much issue though, it's just something to be aware of.
  11. What fps are you getting with the M110? Technically that should put you over the limit. Worth looking into.
  12. @Enid_Puceflange that did a pretty decent job, how much is that particular engraver?
  13. they look like banana connectors? better pics would be useful
  14. I really don't know that much about NGRS but I guess it's certainly possible. Part of the issue these are made in China by a Chinese company, they don't have access to TM NGRS guns to experiment because they are banned. Getting them into the country is incredibly hard for them. They can't even get run of the mill products sent from Taiwan let alone Airsoft bits. These Chinese fets have only come about due to the authorities relaxing the laws around Gel Blasters, however I hear that's about to change. Ideally you'd need to design the product here in the UK, working with a Chinese factory to get them made. Is there a big enough market to warrant the cost? Dunno. Monday I'm sending out a few units so hopefully we'll have some real-world data. I'll post up the results here for anyone not on FB.
  15. Yep a massive uphill struggle - bit of a nightmare to be honest and not something I would want to take on. From what little I know.. - There is no charge to retailers - For site admins they would have an app which would scan a QR code of the players UID on the day, has an offline facility for places out in the sticks - Supports multi-site visits - Once reached the 3 visits in no less than 2 months the player can generate a one-time URL when they want to provide proof to a retailer or 3rd party private sale etc. - Player can view their own data, when and where they have played
  16. That's correct, well it was when I enquired last time. Any system will need to be paid for one way or another I suppose, it's something I've discussed with the developer before.
  17. @Rogerborg That should help out site admins at least. I did chat last week to the IT chap I know who's been working on and off on his own airsoft defence system, hopefully he'll have a demo up soon. What I liked most about it was the ability for players to control their own data.
  18. Ahh finally the site owner / admin have their own app to update directly?
  19. I'm all good for testers thanks but I might sell a few at cost price for people who want to try them
  20. From what I know the following: Pre-cock (10 settings) RPS control Battery protection Active Break (5 settings) Binary, 3 burst, 5 burst Shot delay (50ms)
  21. There's no optical components like in the Titan and Perun Hybrid
  22. Been testing this for the past 4 weeks and so far hasn't broken. It's a fully mechanical ETU with 4 micro-arms. I've always been a little sceptical of these type of FET's due to the unreliability of the switches but this one is proving pretty decent so far. I'm organising a small test of these with 10 or 20 regular players later this week, hopefully will see if they last the distance and how serviceable these are. Price should be around £35 Will update the thread with the findings.
  23. Very cool indeed. More innovation from 1 guy with a 3D printer than a whole bunch of companies
  24. Message me and I'll sort you out with some GPA springs if you want
