  1. What did they have to say about that?
  2. Yeh being military its a pet hate of mine seeing civvies wearing badly put together webbing, with bits of strapping flapping everywhere.
  3. Your webbing belt shouldnt sit around your belly button, it needs to be adjusted down so that the ammo pouches sit more on your hips/pelvis.
  4. The biggest issue with the bottom ad isn't really the price but the fact that for that amount of money you can get a brand new TM MP7 and 2 or 3 mags and still have enough left over for ancillaries and its a better gun. I agree £300-350 would be a better figure
  5. Have MP9s become rarer than rocking horse poo or something? 2 ads asking for silly money
  6. I am just flabbergasted that they turned up with your parcel at your door, and having been witness to this thread over the last 28 odd pages and with everything you know YOU TURNED THEM AWAY!!! What were you thinking? Pay the damn charge get your goods argue it later.
  7. No Tippex thinners? Kids these days probably don't even know what Tippex is/was....
  8. Service seems fine they just need to work on their prices.....
  9. Which of the springs is it I need?
  10. Best place to get nozzle springs?
  11. Its not the worst we have ever seen by LOOOOONNNNGGG stretch. Speaking of which, any chance we can vote on a Top 3 of Macks from down the years? Be it sheer balls of an asking price or drama after?
  12. Such a shame it doesnt seem to be very good on first look. We Russian enthusiasts badly need a well made decent handgun. TM preferably....
  13. Quick straw poll as something occurred to me.... Of those who have had their parcels delivered - how many were Taiwangun deliveries and how many were Gunfire or other retailer? Mine was from Gunfire. Just thinking there may be a correlation thats all probably not but worth looking at
  14. Its hardly THAT much smaller and at least you wont spend most of your time trying to get it to work
  15. TM over all of them. How anyone can seriously recommend the WE over it is baffling.
  16. Usually their bullshit Firearms Form. They are the customs/clearance agency.
  17. I use Guarder .36s in my MWS and GHK AK they seem decent too
  18. Likewise, I accept a certain degree of Brexit disruption, this however is 90% UPS induced shit. Their internal processes and data transfer between depts is shocking.
  19. As has been summised by others in this tale of woe, 'Held by Customs' is a lot of horseshit as UPS act as the Customs agents, they are the ones holding it! It should read 'Not got round to calculating how much we are going to charge you yet'. Similarly, 'In Transit' means 'Been bouncing around our warehouses waiting to be scanned yet again'. Oh and I have it on good authority that UPS have zero access to the UKARA database, so it renders their Firearms Declaration form even more useless. For those who have the 'Waiting for docs' crap, I would suggest proactively emailing their Firearms form to their clearance department and including the Tracking Number. Can't hurt at this stage.
  20. I only run G&Gs in my GBBR they are excellent, I actually prefer them to Geoffs which have caused some jams in my stock MWS before.
  21. Ok, so in yet a final display of incompetence, UPS have actually managed to fulfill their primary function as couriers by delivering my rifle, intact and working, a full day earlier than what is stated on their tracker and in contravention of my wish to have it redelivered on Friday. This incompetence is fortunate but yet again underlines how utterly useless their system of passing data between various apps and business functions actually is. On a side note - please see picture below - yet I still had to fill in their bullshit firearms form.....never again.....
  22. Mine is on its way to Northampton. I have requested redelivery for Friday as I am not in tomorrow when it scheduled and instead of it being amended immediately its still pending. They can't even get that right. Utter wankers
  23. Import fees of £43.99 on a £160 package. £11.50 for their 'brokerage' bullshit
  24. Mine has finally apparently cleared customs so I should get it some time in the next month Sadly I dont think UPS realise they are shit. They probably think they are doing a great job.
