Yep same as mine, it has been 'cleared' numerous times, I have now had a voice mail that I had to listen to about 20 times to understand telling me to email them but not telling me what information they needed to clear the parcel. Its the ultimate fucking guessing game with these jokers, they only ever give you half the information

Its has cleared Customs. I suspect they want the invoice so they can bill me, but they should have it on the fucking parcel already. More galling is that I need to chase them for this info rather than them telling me what is required

I have the same thing - where did you send it? Original documents required (Immigration documents, Visa etc) - not sent me an email yet saying what to do

Its entirely UPS doing and I can make an educated guess as to why. It will be the utilization of furlough to avoid paying 80% of staff wages, they probably still have a skeleton staff on and therefore can cut costs and try to maintain their current contracts at minimum cost whilst still charging their customers for the previous service. Combine this with COVID shipping delays from Europe and Brexit providing a decent excuse for the delay and you have our current situation. It will be entirely management driven.

My SOP is to include my UKARA in my shipping address. Sadly Gunfire seem not to have done this on this occasion, still the bloke I spoke to said that they werent awaiting any further info it is literally just sat in a container

Just phoned them to check if there was any information they needed apparently not, its just sat in a container waiting to be unloaded....

I ordered from GF on the 8 Feb, arrived in the UK on 16th and is still sat in Essex as of today. Fucking UPS are useless.

I would argue it is. @Adolf Hamsterwatch the whole video mate, its pretty clear KM is an unreconstructed unashamed racist from those and other evidence presented. However, I do question the point of someone posting this again and perpetuating the shit storm, could they also be argued are fanning the flames for their own purposes? My Gunfire Order from the 9th has only just hit the UK - my mates arrived a few days ago and he didnt get hit with VAT at all so we will see what happens. Could be that they are just so swamped at the moment.

Mate of mine had his gun arrive today from Gunfire - 2 weeks later. Mine is sat in Customs at the moment with UPS due to 'Brexit' related issues.
