    Hi again,

Many thanks to Two_zero and Straffham for your help

I tried checking more sites etc, and although I could find silencers and adapters to fit them to certain models, nothing specific to mine so far, neither could I seem to find any specs for the cz75 showing the thread. So I gave up and just cut a custom thread to fit which seems to do the job nicely!

It's a male thread with major diameter of 12.55mm, pitch of 1.0mm and metric 60 degree flank angle. An odd mish mash, but it seems to work nicely and fits perfectly in the barrel.

My old school AK47, Started out as bog standard Cyma folding stock, plastic body variant, now sports an Element metal receiver, King Arms metal front set, full sanded and re-stained wood kit and upgraded internals with TM hop unit, quite a heavyweight now, mainly use with Vietnam or insurgent / PMC loadout.

I've often thought of getting an M4/M16 rubber bayonet for the same reason. Although being of a certain age, my silly side says learning the black art of "Ecky Thump" and attacking with a large black pudding, "The Goodies" stylee, for giggles, would be better (sorry young 'uns, you'll have to Google "The Goodies" on Youtube to understand)!

Bottledtorment was telling me he got a tactical soap kill at MCG The Gaol but the victim refused to take the hit because it wasn't a knife should have put it in a sock, he'd have taken that bastard!

I've used a hand and a half sword in game once, probably won't do it again anything soon. Very annoying to run with/draw and was overly long.

Did get 2 quality kills with it tho and they've earned me a free bottle of bbs 😃

Anyhow might get the gladius or the shorter medieval one.

On another note I took a lightsaber to cqb at the weekend, his it in game and wiped it out during the mike Myers game. Best fun I've had In ages running round a dark cqb zone with no loghts and a flowing red lightsaber

Just put a neodymium magnet on the underside of the GB at the AR latch.
In emergency cases (you can't find the magnet) a hairpin from the motor side.

Several pistols have a 11mm female threaded outer barrel, King Arms and SHS do 11mm barrel adapters to accept 14mm threaded standard silencers (though places such as Actionhobbies and Firesupport I've checked in UK seems out of stock, I'm after one for my S&W Sigma grrrr), not 100% sure the CZ75 is the same but would think it likely, I very much doubt it would be an imperial size to be honest.

The important thing is not to flood any part in silicon oil, in particular try and avoid getting any in the hop rubber as it will affect the hop effect and thus range (although a little will inevitably get sprayed through the whole gun during the firing cycle which can't really be avoided). Literally a drop in the gas inlet and outlet valves after use is usually sufficient. A very small amount of silicon grease smeared on with a finger works better than oil on the rubber gas router, as the oil will get blown out more quickly.

yes it can be done but it needs to be cut at exactly 90° across the barrel in order that the blast of air following the bb disperses equally, and the new end then needs a slight internal bevel forming (so it looks like the original end), followed by a good cleaning up of the cut surfaces with fine sandpaper, and of course thoroughly cleaning out the barrel once its done.
Note you will lose some fps by shortening the barrel too.

You can cut with anything that doesn't squeeze the barrel. After that as straffham said, you need to crown the barrel, preferably with a crowning tool or a turning machine.
Also note that you must have a matching cylinder installed to the new barrel length.
Cheaper band V2 gearboxes easily crack if the cylinder's capacity is bigger than the barrel's. Even better bands will do that with 11.1 lipo or strong springs, or metal piston heads, etc...

it only feeds from top. you can put a m4 mag in, though technically that's where the shells would eject, though it would be an interesting design if it could feed both.
It seems to feed of for every 3 shots out of 4. you have to make sure the mag is in, not just slammed home as it where.
I have now learned that p90 high caps arnt good.
Looks like I'm going to have to get some mid caps. Not a bad thing, just don't have the money right now.
