airsoft entrepot, its a french website. i got my vsr g-spec off them, took a while to get here but that was due to recent ferry strikes etc you could always get the JG bar 10 g-spec (TM clone)

it *could* be that your spring may have jumped out of the piston fouling it up. if this is the case, the farting noise may have been the sear catching on the spring. if it wont go forward at all you may have to pull the spring guide stopper, but please do this carefully as the cylinder may shoot forward. from what little i know about clipping sniper springs, most of what i have read has been on M170'ish springs. But if i am honest i am not that knowledgeable on sniper spring clipping etc.

when you reassembled the cylinder, did you have to compress the piston to get the cylinder head on?

did you do any other upgrades? such as trigger sears or the whole trigger unit?

i have 2 ohshibooms (one of the first gen's and one colour one), i use .209 primers on both, and i have never had a detonation without the pin being pulled, maybe mine are just a good'uns. that said i do like the x4 base on the TRMR

Great piece of kit. i should say though, that i had to use the original cylinder as the threads where not compatible with the new cylinder i bought. also i am having issues with my ninja regulator not recharging correctly etc. i am still playing with the mancraft regulator, as i have not yet got it to fit in my stock, but i am thinking of ditching the co2 idea and just running with the small 13ci hpa bottle instead. mega pleased with it ... just waiting for my new scope now lol

Right this may get complicated I'll try simplify it When you pass an electrical current through a coil (say a motor) you create lines of magnetic flux (the motor rotates). When you remove the source of energy (battery via the switch/trigger) the magnetic field doesn't want to collapse so generates back emf (the motor becomes a generator) which is bad for triggers etc Adding a sufficiently rated diode allows the back emf to disapate. This won't save your trigger forever as a very high percentage of arching occurs when you pull the trigger etc. A MOSFET is the best way to keep your trigger good forever etc

now that would be wayy cool yeah the mags and lack of optic dose suck, and having the battery in the under barrel launcher is crap

Forgot to ask, if you split the upper off the main gearbox, dose it still whine?

simple stuff first - was the battery fully charged? now that its dried out is it still whining/double feeding?
