  1. I have the 90degree trigger, I had to turn (cut) down the brass tube to get the air pipe to fit, as space is tight with this trigger. It's your call though, you will save money with the stock trigger, and wouldn't have to cut the trigger guard down etc
  2. its also just EDGI parts, you can get them wayyyyy cheaper direct from edgi, look up "edgi custom works" on facebook the stock TM hop is good, but the aa hop is better, better sealing, already is TDC, and its quite cheap
  3. my TM vsr g-spec:- airsoft pro 90 degree trigger Mancraft HPA kit action army hop unit shoots at what ever FPS i set my regulator too, nice and short bolt pull etc, i love it
  4. So I have been playing with the 120rd mags, and I have now come to the conclusion that they won't feed any 0.4bb's (tried rockets, blaster devils, and monkey balls) 0.3's and 0.36's fed fine Yet all 0.4's feed perfectly in a hi-cap mag. In sheer desperation I tried the original 50rd short mag the gun came with and all the 0.4's fed!!!! This sparked my interest and lead to a minor discovery, the 120rd mags are double stack type, where as the 50rd mag is single stack! So it now looks like rather then the 4 or 5 120rd mags I was planning, I am going to need a lot of the 50rd'ers lol
  5. You forgot HPA, all the benefits of gas, but without the drawbacks. (Excluding the tank you would have to have somewhere) I have a mancraft kit fitted in my vsr g spec, dead easy to set my fps, which is fantastically consistent
  6. The amped igl is wayy better then the macro line (for all the reasons posted above), and is only £35'ish Besides its easier to fit it before you close the box up, then after Plus it looks wayy cooler
  7. Pretty much Though I do recommend fitting an amped airsoft IGL
  8. I have a tippmann the recoil the noise epic, ultra reliability and relatively cheap. I have a p*jack almost silent bb lazer machine I like to think of a tippmann as a broad sword, and my jack as a scalpel. The tippmann has one issue with the hop unit, but this is solved with the 3D printed extended hop nub. The p*jack, you have to buy the base gun etc Never been turned away from any site with either
  9. 1, yes, however this is site rule dependent 2. yes, if you wear it its hit point 3. yes, if not this is too open to abuse etc
  10. hope these pics help, but looking at your pics you need the block that clamps round the barrel
  11. I do like the idea, but most outdoor sites either are woodland or have lots of buildings etc. Meaning that the use of a drone is abit useless. A better idea might be say a blimp style of balloon on a wire (like what some garages use) with a camera system on it. But it would probably too expensave for the average airsofter
  12. This makes me want to wood kit my tm870
  13. Anyone know the difference between the a&k dagunov and the b&w one??

  14. My tank came with a threaded adapter that fits in the neck of the bottle, to allow either DIN or a yoke type to fit. The reasons I hated my yoke type:- 1, I work with compressed gas, at a much lower pressure mind, in my view this isn't as positive a seal (to the bottle) as the DIN type. 2, the pressure relief screw was always stiff as hell to move when under pressure, I used to have to use pipe grips to turn it, and I had to wind it some 3-5mm out before it relieved the pressure, even when it was only closed finger tight. 3, I dislike the design, the part you screw, to secure it on to a bottle, mine was pointed. I wondered if it would do damage to the bottle I should not have worried though as the point is now rounded off. I got my yoke type free with my jack kit, so it's probably a cheapy one. It's now a paper weight, as it's all its good for in my view. I bought the DIN type, and it's a much better system, it's far more positive sealing, a better design and safer (in my view)
  15. I hate to say it but those fill valves are not that good at all. I hated mine soo much I bought one of the better ones that screws into the tank (will post links tomorrow)

  17. quick update, got all excited today, first skirmish with my jack'ed sr25 at the chrono just dialing my fps in with some 0.4g rockets .... when suddenly it stops feeding, eject mag, replace mag 5-6 shots ... stops feeding etc etc *sh1te* <stomps off> puts it away and get my mancrafted VSR out. had a good day sniping (actually felt sorry, as it was abit like shooting fish in a barrel at some points) any way at the end of the day i decided to have a play around with my SR, after lots of stripping and reassembly i could find no faults ... out of despiration i tried and old hi-cap i had for it ....... and suddenly i have working gun now i just have to work out why the 120rd mid caps are jamming (sorry no pics, was a little peeved etc)
  18. when i got one (might not have been laylax) for my asg mk23, manny moons ago, mine had a grub screw in the hole, could yours have fallen out? just out of interest are the holes threaded? any chance of a pic?
  19. With the TM l96 there is a alloy feed plate and spare feeding ramps available, in any case there not as bad as people make out. As long as you cock the bolt back when your removing the barrel from the breach block, it should be fine
