If you want recoil you could go with a we scar, then get a reaper airsoft hpa mag (or hpa tap the standard mag) As far as I am aware you cannot retain the recoil of a TM scar if you fit a smp kit.

So I chrono'ed my svd yesterday 270'ish fps on 0.43's, which works out to 400'ish fps on 0.2's I also swapped the airsoft pro hop rubber for a 60degree maple leaf jobby, and she now lifts bbs without any problems what so ever!! Time to start the upgrade process, I have just ordered the steel out barrel housing, steel sear, and steel trigger lock pin from airsoft pro. Unfortunately I cannot order the mancraft sdik kit until the 2nd of January, as there closed and not even taking orders

It was a leaked email, about 3+years ago, I don't recall it fully but from memory, basically to remove all requirements and just charge people a yearly "subscription" fee, if I remember correctly. There was calls to boycott fire support all over most forums/Facebook etc. I didn't use them for almost a year. In any case It didn't happen, and apparently it was just an idea .... Either way I have had nothing but exemperly service from them since!

Like I said, my finding/experience/opinion It's really pissing me off as they have a gun I really want, but I will never buy from them again (I do hope someone reminds me of this should I ever go back on my word) Fire support have been fantastic since the proposed ukara change incident. LWA have got expensive Wolf are very good, great prices, even if there webby is pants JD and pro airsoft supplies, always seem to be out of stock of everything (that want)

I have not had any issue like you have described above. I have never had to return anything. Maybe it's luck, I don't know I could mention far worse retailers, such as my recent dealings with patrol base (i phoned up reserved a gun, did a 140mile round trip only to find that they had sold it), but that's my view/experience/opinion etc. I am not taking anything away from your post at all mate, just saying about my experiences

Personally I have never had any issues with any of the guns or bits I have bought off them. Admittedly I mainly go there for guns and mags etc, so I cannot comment on your valid points. It is a blot on my view of zeroone, but I have always had good service from them.

A lot of people highly rate the ghk G5 (I have no experience with them) I personally highly rate my tippmann m4, while technically not a gbbr, being hpa, it is much cheaper to run, and readily accepts m4 mags etc

Unless the knife can be bent in half easily, no, but check your local site. There is not best pistol, 1911's don't hold a lot of gas, I don't know about the others you listed. TM make great pistols, but there pastic and some don't like green gas. WE are metal but less gas efficient, OK on green gas, some guns are not that good, most are TM clones. Consider hi-capa, glock 17/18 etc etc No sniper rifle (or dmr) is that good out of the box, they usually require £100 to £300 (approx) in mods Hope that gives you a good idea

I really need to chrono my svd. I have been looking at AirsoftPro, that's where my hop came from I dunno why it wouldn't lift heavy bb's, I'll swap the hop rubber and see what happens. If I go the mancraft route, which I most likely will, it's far more consistent then the co2 kit (it's is in my vsr, and I cannot see any reason why it would be different etc)

So I have a clone a&k svd, and I was making a basic plan on what I plan to upgrade and the sequence etc First and foremost I fitted the airsoft pro hop unit, but I seem to have run into abit of an issue. Basically I was just testing out, but the gun would not hop 0.43's or 0.36's (I had 0.25's but did not try them), but reading the guide for the hop it says I would be needing a m170 Spring, which if I am correct would make my gun reactor hot!!! The next mod I am planning to do is install a mancraft sdik kit, as I don't like heavy bolt pull. On to the questions :- 1) is it correct that the gun will not hop heavy ammo, with out a stronger Spring? 2) what Spring dose a stock svd come fitted with? 3) any recommendation on hop rubber? I have the included airsoft pro hop rubber installed ATM, but I have a maple leaf in my box of bits. 4) any other recommend mods?

I have the g&g sr25, it shoots sub 350fps out of the box. It's not a bad gun but I did manage to lock mine up, requiring me to have to remove the motor, to flip the anti return latch. It also has a property hop unit. Every guide I have read says to get the a&k sr25
