  1. New joiners getting classifieds from google and messaging you to ask if its still available, when the big orange banner at the top of the page says "Completed, Sold". Multiple times this week on the same item which sold nearly a month ago. One last week about something that sold in 2020..
  2. The WE M4 comes with a quad rail as standard, yet he listed it as an attachment, implying its been added when it hasn't. The foregrip is magpul in theory, hence the supposition that he had said everything was.
  3. This is just cuckoo It's a V2, so now completely defunct as spare parts haven't been made for them in nearly 18 months. You can buy a new V3 by importing it from KICBB with shipping and taxes for £275. Magpul have never made a quadrail handguard, so that's a lie. The amount of wear on the top of the mag is something that doesn't happen on something that is barely used. Also is very vague on the power output, makes no mention of an NPAS, if it doesn't have one, they output 440fps stock on green gas. The gubbins added don't add value if the original ones aren't included. Realistically, this is worth more like £150-200 tops.
  4. I got to my local yesterday quite late, and when the Marshal's proclaimed - awesome, a player has turned up, I knew it was going to get cancelled - and it did.
  5. Clutch Precision QC is so bad it makes RATech's look good. (Context, RATech are allergic to micrometers)
  6. The little black rectangular stickers on the mags - he bought those from Asia, so the mags are more like £40 each - as I literally just had one arrive from Asia yesterday at £45 inc shipping from HK. Edit: Zoomed in on the PEQ and torch - PEQ is a clone, as the aiming adjustment collar is brass. The surefire light is a clone as i've got the exact same one sat in a box, fucked from moisture ingress, the markings are not even close to looking real.
  7. A. Not a GBB. B. The company doesn't exist any more. C. They're not reliable and parts don't exist any more as per point B.
  8. Have had to resort to Brownells as no one in the UK has them in stock, so bought another pack of Magpul Gen M3 AR/M4 Ranger plates. Also bought 2 packs of Federal Concepts mag locks, so I can install the ranger plates on the GM PMags without the shell yeeting the internals.
  9. Wanted to make my WE Scar H mags look kinda like Lancer L7AWM’s - found a guy on Reddit who had previously talked about working on one, and got involved with testing it (and suggesting changes/improvements). After about 50 hours total of printing I’ve now got 7 of these done successfully.
  10. Legal implications: This would be considered as illegally converting a firearm, and no defense will cover this in any shape nor form.
  11. This. My running tally before I gave up on them is 7 originals and 21 nuprol clones destroyed in 2 years before i gave up. (I only put odin in as the adapters can be useful for just loading with a manual loader at times)
  12. Regardless of what happens, you've got to factor at a bare minimum 4 mags into the equation, you cannot run on a single mag, you'll be in games for maybe 2 minutes. WE G36's are solid, you can usually get them with an NPAS and a few mags for well under £300 - the mags are really cheap as well compared to just about anything else. These are budget guns, so performance will be satisfactory, but you're not getting any form of laser beam out of the box. Double Eagle N4's that are UK spec really need a lot of work to be usable - Minimum to work is replacement nozzle (usually guns modify), replacement hop bucking (most suggest Sniper Mechanics Flamingo, but they're fragile as fuck), Replacement inner barrel to run to the end of the muzzle - UK spec ones come with a 180mm barrel in a space big enough for a 250mm to fudge under UK limits, then an NPAS either Jaeger or Federal Concepts. By the time someone has done all of that, then decided to sell it on, you're basically paying £300 used with a single mag, and you can't run them on a single mag. Do not buy Cyma Gas System - they keep getting labelled as MWS by retailers who don't give a shit, they're not, they're at most 30% MWS - where that becomes a problem, decent spares are non-existent and the ones that do exist are craptastic and overpriced.
  13. "Look guys, nobody wants my aliexpress shit, I've got to sell it somehow!"
  14. Are they?
  15. I'll have 10 of whatever he's smoking please.
  16. @proffrinkStill getting double sized adverts in the header.
  17. 2x Federal Concepts GM Evo Locker packs (so 6 mags total) - So I can run Ranger plates on them without them dismantling themselves 1x GM Evo PMag V2- to bring myself up to 6 of them.
  18. You just about squeak inside of ED's DMR limits
  19. I mean, it's also fairly accurate at the same time.
  20. Yeah, that is the other side of CO2. If you're leaving it for more than a day, you have to remove the bulb otherwise the seals will die a quick death. Because frequently, if you're relying on UK stores alone, there are never any mags in stock when you go to buy them.
  21. price per shot with CO2 vs GG on a WE pistol is near identical, and actually works out cheaper if you buy the bulbs in packs of 40 or more. Only way to make gas cheaper is to be buying plumbers gas and using an adapter.
  22. It's pretty near impossible for something imported to be more expensive unless you're buying extremely rare items or buying from stores that hyperinflate prices off the get go (RWA or WGC). Also strength of USD to GBP is fairly irrelevant, if the store is using HKD or NTD as its primary currency.
  23. The split slide versions of Hi Capa's might be an option if you're set on 1911 ish designs. Less moving mass, so inherently quieter.
  24. Managed to acquire a 3d print file to make L7AWM shells for the WE Scar H...its now 5 hours into the print and some of the supports just collapsed. RIP 150g of plastic probably. ?
