  1. Hi charlie, looking at the connector, the pin is the same as the motorola single pin I believe. So, unfortunately, the PTT you linked is incompatible as it doesn't have an option for single pin. And as Jcheese said, those radios are crap and probably won't last very long, get a Baofeng or a motorola talkabout instead, you won't regret it,

  2. "Don't be afraid to take charge" but don't be a dick about it. Not everyone likes a chairborne general shouting "MOVE THE f*ck UP!!!" in their ear at every door way or choke point.

Ughh, I hate people shouting at me, telling me to do stupid things, unless they are warning me about a flanking enemy or something that poses a threat. But if I'm right next to them they don't have to shout like I'm on the other side of the pacific ocean.

  3. Hi Greg, if you can get a torch shining down the buffer tube, you should see a screw at the bottom keeping it together. To get it out, you need a pretty long screwdriver though. The wire should feed through a hole in the buffer tube and may get stuck, so you'll need to fiddle around with it.

  4. 1. Wow, BAC are bloomin' idiots to allow this through, although I don't think it'll ruin airsoft but, someone high up should be made aware of this.

    2. This hype didn't turn out to be as big as I espected. I thought they were trafficking guns to convicted criminals for money or something along those lines.

Did you mention that you were a regular skirmisher or show any proof at all?

  5. I picked up this game about 2 weeks ago and I absolutely love it! An RTS with huge maps and a wide range of infantry/tanks/planes/ships to choose from. I've been playing this for a while and I thought I'd ask if anyone else on here plays it? B)

  6. When I went to a site called the school, there were a neutral team of snipers who were in the buildings overlooking the playground. The offense team had to reach an objective inside one of the buildings on the other side of the playground whilst being shot at by the defense team also. Pretty fun as you couldnt stop moving or you'd be picked off by the snipers if you decided to take cover, but you couldn't outright rush it either or the defenders would mow you down.

A game that I did at my local site involved going around in teams of 3, all against each other and there were certain teams who were all snipers who would stalk and hunt down other teams by setting up near common paths or by hiding in the bushes.

  7. This trigger discipline thing reminds me of world war Z when that doctor shoots himself in the face as he trips up.

Anyway, despite using it myself, I think that trigger discipline is not needed. I mean if we're on field, we are all safe anyway and in the SZ, you shouldn't be having your finger anywhere near the trigger anyway.
