  1. 😛 jk. nice work , hope she enjoys it !
  2. that’s the bleed screw , close the main valve and undoing that lets the pressure out of the whip line .
  3. @Floperator“Essentially a bomb” 🤪 lol . It’s a 5yr test , I don’t know many airsofters that hold onto stuff longer than 5months lol , if your bottle is out of date or looks damaged then they won’t fill it , but I’d of hoped you’d of noticed this before getting to the shop . saftey and storage of a certificated dive cylinder isnt really a concern . the little Chinese HPA bottles with valves of dubious quality that a lot of folk have strapped to a belt or in a back pack on a game day should be more of a worry Gun shops have onsite compressors to fill dive bottles , mostly dive bottles that they sell but most bigger stores will also have a small selection of home compressors , not many will be retailing the £200 Amazon specials though , for good reason . compressors are convenient if you are doing a lot of filling but I’d suggest doing some proper reading up on high pressure air compressors and the maintenance required that goes alongside doing a lot of filling . Here’s a good read on cylinders, https://www.airgunforum.co.uk/community/index.php?threads/the-cloverleaf-guide-to-air-cylinders-bottles.181349/
  4. For at home 7 , 9 or 12 litre surface valved 300bar dive bottle and whip with a quick detach adaptor to your mini HPA bottle is all you need . if you want to travel around and take it to games go for a 3ltr or 5ltr , don’t bother with anything less than a 300bar / 4500 psi bottle as you’ll be forever getting it refilled . Refill costs at most dive shops or gun shops are around £5-15 depending where you go and how low you run it.
  5. Not sure if this would fit the MWS? , it fitted fine on my WE GBBR it’s pretty sturdy and is a cheap option if you just want to see if this style of stock suits you , https://www.powair6.com/en/stock/12910-gk-tactical-pdw-stock-for-wa-m4-gbbr.html
  6. as said it really depends on what you are trying to achieve and how detailed you want to go , your base material will determine what’s possible . better quality material will likely give better results , cheap cast parts that may have minor inclusions or inconsistent thicknesses could see you scrapping your project before you even get to paint . you need to speak to those who do it on the daily basis for the best advice really . If you’ve seen some custom work then just ask who did it and take it from there .
  7. Deep engraving I’d do first , laser etch I’d do after . So it really depends on what you are trying to achieve .
  8. Big iron day well , big heavyweight abs day 😛
  9. exactly what I use , good value 👍🏼
  10. Original Arktis / issue chest rigs followed by a mix of BlackHawk & Paraclete for the older vibe , Crye Precision would be a bit more up to date .
  11. Another WE GBBR build , Mk12 MOD1 inspired .
  12. If you like tinkering with AR’s then it’s worth getting an AR vice block , this will give a bit more support and let you get a proper supported grip on the barrel nuts .
  13. Kydex is going to be your friend for the not so common combo , a few places in the U.K. do custom work and it might not be as expensive as you think , or trawl through AliExpress , I got this one for about £13 delivered , G19 w / TLR-7 & RMR , it’s genuine kydex and retention is adjustable . This could be worth a punt , and fairly easy to modify https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/313869244400?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=4xwhrusxto6&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=uwMTeZHeShe&var=612598045724&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
  14. L42a1 would be nice , Ares though so I’d only be able to sit and cradle it , staring across the horizon wondering what a working airsoft version would be like
  15. I’m back … luck was on my side for a set of genuine Ruger ring mounts for an obscenely cheap price from eBay , so I’m playing with my 9.5incher again Bushmaster 2.5x32 long eye relief scope can now be fitted the only question is , do I get a holster for it 🤷🏼‍♂️
  16. it’s a +2 extended base plate from a TM G22 magazine , not rubber but good quality typical TM ABS . although just got some others from the classifieds on here which should have them all matching
  17. Good fun , which is all airsoft should be about , if your happy then I’m happy :)
  18. couple more mags for the TM G19 , and a BHI & PWL leather combo from the classifieds on here
