I'd expect they should, I think that's what some people do for l119a1s as some had the old style colt markings on their lowers- better get conformation from elsewhere as well though

That's what I thought, want confirmation though as I've read somewhere that the older style receivers are thinner, so was thinking it either wouldn't fit or that the upper would wobble on the lower.

Just a thought but what about dremmelling out a channel for the tube in the Stock and slipping it onto that?

I think the diameter of the tube would be wider than the stock, but I don't know. You wouldn't be able to fold it either if it was slipped over the buffer tube.

I'm not worried about it folding, just want it the look. Needs to be somewhat functional though, don't want it falling off or snapping whenever I shoulder the rifle.

I had a google about and around 93' an Aimpoint 3000 or Aimpoint comp would have been in use with Delta if thats any good to you. Thanks, I had a look around, and I believe the sight in the picture I linked above is an Aimpoint Electronic Mk III, or at least it's very similar. May get that one, although I haven't even got the gun yet, not 100% decided.

The pistol holster on the sniper stock is what is different, an idea someone gave me. Tried it out today, worked pretty well .

The air nozzle's already got a hole in it (drilled as it's a metal nozzle), which Fire Support did because it came shooting 360, that lowered it to 340, and now it's gone back up again...

Liam, you really need to check your tenancy agreement carefully. I know when I was at uni, guns and any other weapons, including replicas and imitations, were totally banned from halls of residence and any other uni buildings/sites. In addition, the tenancy agreements for "headed tenancy" properties banned any type of wepaon in the houses. If you take them along, you might well find you have nowhere to keep them! Where abouts are you going to uni?

Yeah, I've checked that Scooby, doesn't mention it in there. I won't take them first day, as won't be airsofting for few weeks anyway, so will talk to whoever at my accommodation and see what they say. If they say no, then I'll just have to go home every few weekends to airsoft

Just make sure it's stored in an appropriate bag/box and kept out of sight. No one has the right to search your room/open your bags without either due cause or a warrant to do so. So no problem as long as no one knows it's there.

Maybe, but it needs to be lowered again... I've actually just thought of what might be happening, when they lowered the FPS, they did it on a game day by giving it an air leak, by putting a tiny hole in the nozzle. I have a feeling this may have become blocked with crap from the gearbox over time. Gonna take it apart and see if I can clean it out...

Yeah G&P, still shoots consistently, has lost no FPS at all, rate of fire is the same on the same battery which I got at same time as the gun. Only thing is the trigger response.

Probably a build of carbon/arcing on the contacts and old grease getting gummed up.

Yeah should think so gun's had a lot of use, especially on semi-auto and short bursts. I think it's done pretty well for over 2 years with stock parts still.

I've got the Warrior L96. Out of the box? Not very good really. Fully upgraded? Really good. On the heavy side though, arms ache after a day running around with it. Build quality of it isn't great either, the bipod lug on the front snapped off after a day of using a Harris style bipod.

Those things TM compatible? Planning to get rid of my SVD for an L96 or VSR asap...

Nah, they're a clone of the Maruzen Type-96, a lot of available upgrade parts.
