  1. eeeeeeeh uh.... you serious? you aint. firstly, why would YOU create a thread like this, surely if anything it should be flex that creates one... unless this is some kind of sarcasm, in that case: not cool. secondly, it is counter productive to everything a forum is. Threads have relevant titles so people with knowledge on the topics can find and answer, and so that people looking for an answer can find an answer to an already answered questions. And if everyone had their own threads.. firstly I think people would stop reading and answering them. Same questions would be asked over and over and over (I am aware this is the case with "first gun" threads.. but that's quite natural).. and finally, and extract from the forums rules:
  2. What was your first ever airsoft weapon? -KWC m9 I found in the forest. What was the first ever airsoft weapon you bought? -2nd hand JG AUG. Not a bad gun, but I hated the trigger.
  3. you mean fixed or retractable stock? from a practical point of view: fixed: bigger battery retractable: easier transport, smaller battery I do think fixed stock MP5s are damn ugly thou.. but that's just me.
  4. not much for tacticool AKs usually.. but this one!! <3
  5. So yea, how/where/system/holster/what angle do you carry your sidearm? Pics or explanations why you carry it the way you do would be excellent! Haven't carried one for a while. I tried dropleg holster, but I stopped that as I just didn't like how it felt when moving around.. then I had it the mag pouches on my assault vest. Works well, but it always have to be covered by the flap, can't remove the flap prior to use to make it more easy accessible, as it would fall out. Might add that is was a KWA PTP m226 so relatively heavy.. weight of the gun might be another consideration about how to carry! Can't post a pic myself at the moment, as I currently do not carry a sidearm.
  6. not sure if the post works positively as a name and shame, could be helpful for our authorities if they research such things on online forums... or if it's actually will work more towards promoting the store to people without legal defense?
  7. Fair enough. agree this is a big plus I was more thinking "no gas to worry about" about GBB, especially when it's mainly intended for backyard plinking.
  8. not sure if you can weld on that, but even welding a longer rail on top of that that extends a bit over the handguard, so to fit the optic
  9. not sure about the gunparts.. I've been away too long thou, gotta read up on the laws. Funny thing what's seen as a gun part.. I dunno about the type56, but I udnerstand the SVD has it's barrel cut in such way that it can't be used.. so is this a gunpart? while a friend of mine (legally and with license) converted a .22 airpistol into a .22 lr. yet the airpistol barrel would not have counted as a gunpart... and anyone could make a crud pistol from what can be found in a home.. and that gun would be illegal, even thou it probably would be less dangerous (for whatever aimed at atleast) than a legal airgun. anyway...back to topic.. think something like this clamped to the gas tube in front of the upper handguard could work?
  10. both good guns. if you want to skirmish, get the AEG first. don't buy from that homepage.
  11. Where from? thing about using a real one is they tend to be pretty costy? and since I more likely than not will have to file some anyway? I'm so damn excited to get to use this gun.....!
  12. Metal Classic Army B&T mp5 is one of the better airsoft guns out there. ICS is good, but I understand they do use some own solutions, meaning they might not be compatible with all upgrade parts / spares.
  13. looking to get another one myself, as I'm goin' dmr when I get back to softing in a week or so
  14. CYMA cm.030. very decent electric pistol, will hold up for skirmish as well, granted only for cqb, and trigger response isn't necessarily the best there is.
  15. So yea.. got a Real Sword Type 56-2 and I want to mount an optic on it.. which rails will fit? I was thinking maybe if there's anyway to get a top rail onto the handguard? preferable without any side/bottom rails. I don't want to change the appearance/tacticool-it more than necessary.
  16. Got my second Real Sword, w00t!1

del, what's your address XD? adam, don't make me want to get one of those aswell!!! AJ, thou I never really been into TM personally :)

  17. Thou some sites I've played at plywood does not protect against grenades.. which is a bit funny seeing how they protect against a .50 browning. This.
  18. If you said stood in the open in a military training they'd tell you that you where dead/injured. In the case of this site I think it's to add "realism" ea, people are shooting at you but the bbs does not fly as far as bullets would. Then again.. where to draw the line? what about bushes or plywood? I'm not saying I agree with it, but I can see their perspective. Thou I would like to add this.. IT'S THEIR SITE. Thou you might give them polite feedback, it's for them to do as they see fit. Just as they should not try to impose their rule on other sites.
  19. cm.030, you'll get funny looks turning up with a desert eagle.. even more so an electric non blowback. brother owns one, he is really happy with it. I had the TM version, biggest difference is that the CYMA feels a bit more plastic. thinking of getting the CYMA again.
  20. Excellent! Shame about the gun, but wouldn't let that one incidence put you off ICS, especially as it was a rental gun. I'd say get a twotone G&G cm16. saves money and disappointment on the rental. then when you sorted your UKARA you either sell it or use it as backup/loaner. Also got hit on the goggles my first game. the first thing I did as a matter in fact, haha! mine was between the eyes thou! Definitely, or if there's nothing to swap to, then a full refund on the rental.
  21. then again, the Ares Tard21 is particularly infamous.. like the windows millennium of airsoft :F oh and welcome to the forums, Chris, as well as Tchiu! but yea, I agree with the above comments. Would also recommend G&P, personally I'd get them over G&G. The Combat Machine is probably the best value cheap gun you can get, don't think it's 'better' for beginners than say Top Tech or G&P, but you don't have to spend as much. Good thing if you have not skirmished and do not realistically know if you are going to continue in the future.
  22. usually a friendly bunch, some might be a bit snobby, nevermind them. asking people about their guns is usually a great idea I always go alone, except if I pick up friends.. which 80% of them I meet thru airsoft
  23. great forest fire in Sweden... not to worry thou, Carl XVI Gustaf (our monarch!) to the rescue!!
  24. I'd call it a pistol. not a pistol that I'd ever would want to own or operate, but a pistol never the less.. the AR however I'd refer to as a carbine ^^
