The only issue I’ve had was storing them after they’re spent… If you have a dump pouch shouldn’t be a problem, otherwise i quite like them.

30 rounders for me, sounds silly but I enjoy having to reload and “work the gun” as if where. Agree with the above though, it’s not entirely practical when your getting hosed down by rentals and HPA speedy boys.

Stock MWS running hot…what’s the weather like / what gas are you running? I used mine in 27 degree heat last weekend and it was coming in under 320 on a .2g ?

That GBRS mount is ugly as sin and I’m not a fan of them at all but I want one.

Which one, Aimpoint or EOtech? I’ll be honest the Ali express clones are as good if not better then shelling out on the PTS ones.

Post game snap, enjoyed running the belt as it was a hot one! Jeans were a nice change too, can’t beat a nicely fitting pair of Levi’s (not fancy enough for Armani like Craighead). Face blur for uglies and such.

It has to stay unfortunately. You can replace the entire front end or if you like the standard rail system just grab yourself a low profile gas block as a replacement for the front sight post.

I like to keep it fairly light, the only thing I add is a lucozade and some bangs on the MK5 with some rubber bands.

Haha my thoughts exactly! Unconfirmed but seems likely you’ll be able to pick and choose barrel / handguard length seeing as Airsoft artisan already make a large amount of MCX kit.

After selling off all my MWS’ uppers / lowers / projects I’m now down to one rifle and a bunch a spares…needs a PDW buffer tube if they exist. TM 17’ & G&P 40 rounder for scale, she’s smoll. Short inner barrel barely effects range or power output. Can edit for parts list if anybody actually cares ?

As Jim says plates will deffo help, unfortunately the CPC set up with an MBITR isn’t the most comfy due to the height of the radio. I had one many moons ago (repro) and ended up moving it to an external pouch as like you it was right up my armpit.

Got to be a 417, those mags are chonky.

Does anybody know of a ‘PDW’ style short buffer tube similar to the LWRC one, that is available for the MWS? As part of my downsizing I’m also shrinking the rifle to fit in a backpack, not keen on sliding / collapsing stocks.
