Couple more of my matching(ish) pairs. First up is my Samson B-TM with a Ruger MK4 style AAP. And then a recent one that I think is finished now, a G&P WA system Semi only SR15 and Airsoft Masterpiece Infinity 2011. I was working from home today so I installed my Xmas spendings The Salient Arms GRY CQB front set was a right shit to track down The Eotech on that is a bit battered but genuine. It’s amazing how much brighter the glass is than a clone

You know it. There’s an anodised endcap at either end and a 23mm dia carbon tube between them. I had the test run on my Underlever build but the finished articles are just about finished. The final versions will have matched splatter anodising to match the rest of each build

Wait until you see what’s coming next for mine. Got a couple of custom carbon fibre outer barrels for my short one and my underlever

Ive got a pair of Warrior adjustable paddle style ones but this will only ever be used as an HPA’d Primary pew

AirsoftGlobal have the CQBR kits in for $225-240 depending on trades. Comes with all the parts you need to make another one aside a magazine. My only grumble about them is I don’t like the stock hop unit. Max hop is not much and I like running considered shots with heavy BB’s. I’ve totally fallen in love with the old WA Magna gas system. Here’s a cheeky semi-only SR15 DMR build, excuse the aeg mag jammed in the magwell, it’s there to hide my HPA shame. G&P Roller bolt is smooth as silk and the recoil at 145psi is beautiful

After building the Salient arms/URX M4 I’ve fallen in love with the old Western Arms magna system and bought a G&P SR15 CQB WOK kit amazingly, $240 from Airsoft Global.

Mine was made out of necessity with plumbing putty and a hacksaw; Airtac has both a proper, retail quality drum mag on the way for the G5 which should fit. This just has to not fail until I can get the Airtac…

What started as a plan to do a plain jane GBBR m4 has ended up the way all my builds go

@Steveocee any chance of some pictures of your Airtac grip? Still not super happy with the CF so it’s down to the Airtac or maybe even the Nineball

Here I am getting the names wrong. It’s the CCT grip, got a couple off Kyle to put the CF wrap on. He’ll convince me to change to Alu at some point on this and the matched blue/black Speedcat, just not yet Dont suppose you’ve tried the new Airtac grip?

I was super sceptical about the frames. Seemed like a huge outlay for almost no potential gain… Now all four are on adv frames. I can’t remember if I showed you this? Trying to get a sculptor grip template sorted to get CF grip tapes done properly. This one was cut by hand and is far from perfect With its matched KC
