  1. My experience as well. I had a few issues but it was easily resolved. I'd buy from them again though they wouldn't be the first place I'd look for anything I needed urgently. Phone them, don't email is my only advice.
  2. Rather then letting individual players make their own, probably unique judgements on how far away the spawn is, how long it would take them to get there (I would suggest that someone who can't be bothered to walk what is probably a short distance should probably add on a few minutes to what they think their speed is!), or how realistic the enemy is advancing, i think we should just walk back to the designated spawn point. It may not be physically easier for some, but it is simpler, and almost certainly fairer. fwiw: couldn't care less about one's physical condition or whatever (seems more than ok that organisers would make exceptions for the sake of accessibility) just think it's something that is best run past a marshall for "sign off" first, for the sake of fair play, or at least, the appearance of fair play.
  3. i think not walking back to the actual spawn is one to run by the marshalls first, if i say so myself! The other evening where i watched a guy (with my somewhat fancy night vision) call a hit, walk back in the direction of the spawn, loiter for a bit... turn around and walk back, as soon as he shouldered his gun i shot him. He subsequently walked all the way back. Just because you think you are out of the enemy's sight doesn't mean you are 👽 edit: worth saying this was not a big playing area either haha edit again: and then everybody clapped (in my head)

I was looking at their new model which claims to be better with red bb's: https://www.acetk.com/products/59bfad17dcb23e5759000001

but now that you mention it, I think I'd prefer having quick delivery from amazon then I would using red bb's.

      thanks.

  6. One of our pet rats. This one is absolutely stacked, all muscle
  7. Skara is right the pattern is SS-Leto. The partisan suit(s) comes in many different camo's - including SS oak which is more autumnal. And there is another similar pattern which is a bit like mint choc chip. Dunno what's called though. They are all inspired by the camouflage used by the SS in the second world war. The SSO/SPOSN partisan suit is completely reversible so you can wear it inside out - the reverse pattern is a bit more subdued and slightly more autumnal. The SSO SPOSN suit is a fairly premium bit of kit and will probably cost around £100 after shipping and such. However you can find similar suits in SS-leto (and others!) for less then £30, which are basically the same except they have a zipper running down the top whereas the SSO is a bit like a tunic. They have a reversed camo on the inside but as I don't have one myself (and i can't be bothered to look either!) i'm not sure if the pockets are too. That being said at 1/3rd the price I know what I would get. Thanks
  8. I had one site quote my aa12 was at like 450fps or something. But every other place gave a reading as roughly what you might expect. No idea on what chronographs were used so not much help but there you go.
  9. Would be grateful if you could let me know how you find the reticle - mine is pretty starbursty. I may be a bit astigmatic but ive used a fair few red dot sights in my time which have been / are crystal clear. Thanks
  10. I will caution and say that I have not heard good things about their replica of that russian red dot sight the name of which escapes me now. Edit: That's not quite true. I don't think I've read anything specific to the vector one. but I can't help but feel the vector one is just an "ACM" with their logo on it. I think its worth noting that I'm pretty sure they stick their branding on a fair few things - they certainly weren't the first to bring out that 1x28 russian rds anyway. That being said I have a Vector Optics 1x35 "Tempest" multi reticle red dot sight and I'm very happy with it. My one, at least can be zeroed, and holds zero too. The choice of reticle is really nice (I like the eotech style one for day time and the crosshair style with nods). Its like an Aimpoint Comp M4 but not quite. That's a thumbs up from me. Short version: I took a punt with the Tempest and it paid off. I'd take a punt again.
  11. Here's my "A Team" Inokatsu AIMS ft Cyma gearbox G&P Stoner 63 JG G36 ft CA AG36 + H&K rail TM AA12 with upgrades (though its also broken) All WIP's as ever.
  12. As you'll probably know stairs can be very tricky, I'd be concerned that they "choke" the site to the point where a lot of the floor space isn't really used in game, with a lot of the action being concentrated on and near the stairs. So I think maybe rather then one big cqb site, you could have an "arena" on each floor. Of course the devil is in the detail! Thanks
  13. I'm not saying its a good deal, far from it.. i just think its very, very average. I'm genuinely curious - do they ever sell for the £300 mark? I've never really investigated but I'd of thought that £300 in the box, label around the trigger guard (beanie baby style) would be very good deal indeed? Most of the NGRS i do see for sale seem to be big package offers with various accessories which pumps the price up so im really not sure.
  14. yeah obviously - but prices, stock etc changes all the time. He's put a reasonable RRP, put it for sale for a reasonable % and i can't see anything in the advert about not accepting offers. swear to god people in this thread think they are this bunch:
  15. I don't think he's dreaming - he's put an RRP which, you can check for yourself, is actually cheaper then many places are selling them for now. I just don't think he's happened to come across firesupport yet. Not to mention somewhere else could start selling them even cheaper for all we know. Or maybe firesupport sells all 4 of them over this weekend?
  16. I think that's firesupport giving a really good price rather then that guy taking the piss. I see quite a few retailers are selling them for more than the RRP he lists there. Did you make him an offer?
  17. Before the usual suspects kick off - yes we have private land and permission to use, no you aren't invited, no rifs or tactical gear was bought on our little walk about apart from the NV!
  18. Is that a candyman custom at the top?
  19. Monos are about the half the price and arguably more flexible/modular so im jealous too! Is this on your radar? https://atrg.blog/2019/11/16/accessory-review-acm-m300v-scout-light-white-and-ir-version/
