Jesus, no offense, but even for a scotsman you bring a whole new meaning to the saying "tight as a gnats chuff" ?, yeah you do have to add some pouches to the mle but that doesn't have to be expensive, in the scheme of things it's actually a very sturdy good quality bit of kit for a bargain price, & will outlast a lot of the so called "gucci" more expensive items that players use. As for the belt order you've mentioned, that was actually marketed originally as a sniper set up, hence the fixed horizontal mag pouches on the rear, I've got one & while it's the typical bulle high quality, it has limitations in its use, which includes its very small amount of additional molle for customising your load out. The other thing is you've described yourself as "old & a bit chunky", or something like that, well as a fellow geriatric chunky monkey I can confirm the mle is not only a fairly lightweight base, it's also very adjustable & does a great job in hiding middle age spread lol. Way better than many of these micro style rigs that many players are using, they look horrific on anybody that weighs more than about 12 stone ?

Get yourself a bulle mle, cheap, stable & enough molle for most setups but your back & upper part of your front isn't wrapped in sweat inducing nylon/cordura. As for the holster, get a serpa or imi, or one of the half decent knock offs for your chosen pistol, with a molle fitment, no more wobble, fast draw & pretty much guaranteed not to lose mags mid game, something very common with material holsters or sticking them in pouches. & yep, mle's & holsters do come up on the forums or ebay s/h at very good prices.

If you go for an Aug, be aware of the finicky two stage trigger, not everyone gets on with it, BUT all is not lost, I think one manufacturer has made one with a traditional fire selector, can't remember who though?, @Druid799 might have one(he's got everything else ?), failing that @Iceniis our resident Aug expert, he'll know ?

We're talking about AI here, if they can't be arsed to spellcheck their magazine, what chance have you got that they'll properly organise a big event, they've always traded on their "name", in the hope that people will put their trust (& money) in them as a longstanding publication. I've personally played alongside & against the AI editorial team in the past, only to find that they seem to think the game rules dont apply to them, so when I hear criticism of how they run events, I'm not surprised in the least.

Only thing we can do is get the word out & ensure it remains current, forums/FB/review sites, for the benefit of any potential customers, airsofters or otherwise. that sounds like I'm advocating a hate campaign against the seller, obviously I wouldn't do that?, just important to protect the community.

Easy guys, Shamal did say "most" gun crime, while Dunblane was horrific in the extreme (I remember it well, especially poignant as my niece's were 5 & 6 at the time), it was a fairly isolated incident in respect of legally owned gun crime, then & now most gun crime falls at the feet of criminals with illegally sourced weapons, until we get in to the realms of "Minority Report" , it's something that'll never be sorted, all we can do is do our best to promote the positive side of Airsoft & the generally responsible attitude of most players, not publicly fall out over our own perceptions of gun crime.

Out of interest were are you located ?, I'm guessing non UK as legally that's too high for UK fields
