I will absolutely never use UPS again. It only took ~8 phone calls, 2 firearms declaration forms (they claim to have never received the 1st), 2 sets of import info (same as the forms) & 2 additional emails for them to realise that I, in fact, was not importing a firearm or a RIF ? All for the low price of $60 shipping. ? UPS & Evike for using them. The MWS bolt that was part of the order finally arrived, however...

My mistake, didn't get beyond the opening & briefly seeing something about shooting people before getting distracted by the cheerful photos, looks like I have a promising career at The Sun, or similar, ahead of me with my inaccuracies ? Upon actually reading it, I particularly like "She added it was black and gold in colour, making it clear it did not pose a danger... It's gold and black so it can be identified that it's not a firearm." Unlikely a schoolboy is going to have a gold plated pistol, but since he is on the path of arms dealing...

Warrior LPC V2 in Ranger Green ? Also picked up a SRU helmet - bloody massive but pretty cool, the fans are surprisingly quiet and haven't experienced any fogging. Very sturdy, quite impressed

TM MWS almost finished & has been a pain, but loving the result. Accidentally bought a red forward assist and mag release, but it is kind of growing on me. Also want a spare 5 - 6" handguard. Unintentionally became a Strike Industries build. Any suggestions on a colour for cerakote?

Honestly no idea, MK18 handguard but not sure which brand. I believe it is a standard Marui outer with an adapter

TM MWS, First Factory Strike hop arm & tan modify bucking. No mags since I need them for my other MWS. Has a spare empty lower and pistol grip. Need 2 appraisals: 1 including the bolt (so, complete MWS) and 1 without the bolt (as I may need it for my other MWS). Edit: Sold

Edit: Sorted the problem, had to file part of the G&P bolt that was catching on the hammer roller.

Here is my almost complete build using the Dytac F4 receiver & going for a Strike Industries theme. I admit that it has been a pain in the ass, however. I need a different flat trigger, since this Vulcan one is genuinely too big for the trigger's hole in the lower to be pulled... Haven't tried it in a standard Marui lower - perhaps it will work with that. Maybe Dytac just made the hole smaller, or maybe Vulcan just don't test their products. The Salient bolt got a nice scratch on the only part where there is text since the fit was stupidly tight in the Dytac upper ?‍♂️ Brilliant start. God knows how it will cycle when fired. Not sure why my camera made the bolt look so dirty and dull in the closer picture ? Strike industries body pins don't fit the Dytac receiver since the body pin holes are slightly smaller than a regular MWS (what a weird design choice?), so they're sitting in a box. Strike industries dust cover doesn't close properly on the Dytac receiver, but still looks cool I suppose. Should have gotten the MWS specific one instead of a real one. The paint on the Dytac receiver is absolute wank, so cerakote is a must if you plan to get one and want it to look nice. Didn't mean to get a red forward assist and mag release, but will soon paint them black. On the plus side, Strike Industries stuff is of really nice build quality, definitely recommended, though Brownells UK is robbery ? Haven't even gotten to fire the bloody thing yet since I still have no mag, but it looks cool at least! If anyone has a flat trigger, preferably from a MTR, let me know ? Still not sold on having a gold bolt either, but I do like the angular shape of the Salient one. Also just realised the right side's anti rotation pin is out of place, oops. In conclusion, Dytac made a nice receiver but also made some questionable design choices in terms of compatibility. Some aspects are for real steel, others for Marui stuff & some just straight up oddly sized (body pin holes).

What is the best option for a MWS bolt carrier? I've heard AG are nothing but problems. I can't find much on Guns Modify's, other than one person saying it works great & another saying it only works on semi auto in all his MWS. G&P's bolts look promising but noticed there are various listings for different buffer tubes (standard MWS tube only, G&P MWS tubes) - what's the difference? A few have said standard Marui bolts will do fine but since I'm building my MWS without a donor MWS, getting a standard bolt will be costly. I've got a G&P trigger box coming, so a G&P bolt would be preferable, but not sure which listing to go for. If anyone has a bolt, or a standard Marui hop unit they're not using, let me know ? I've heard that aftermarket hop units are slightly thinner(?) & so don't work too good in the Dytac receiver, so it'd have to be standard Marui, unless someone has had a different experience. Probably seen in the classifieds but got a KWA MK23 GBB with TM LAM, VFC suppressor and a few upgrades. Absolute steal! Definitely haven't been sweeping the house as if I'm Snake ? The bullet is inert, of course.

Got 2 SigAir ProForce MCX, took a pic before I part with 1. My plan is to make a short MCX, if a friend in the US is able to obtain the handguard while he is over there. Please excuse the bad photoshop job, there are basically no side profile images of the 6" handguard, so had to improvise ? Will also include original photo. Not sure what battery options I will have with the 6" though!

Latest update on the TM MTR16 GBB. - Got rid of the suppressor - Changed the pistol grip to a Magpul K2 (thank you for the suggestion @TheFull9) - Finally got some black optics today - Added Pmag covers as I heard the actual Pmags for the MWS system are ass Don't think I will be doing much more to it! Please excuse the moody lighting - been very rainy recently.

I bought a 5KU 7" MWS outer barrel (right) just over a month ago & it arrived today, only for me to realise it was slightly too short for my plans! Chopped my Jager Cave barrel (left) down instead (they are 14.5" originally). If anyone is looking for a 7" MWS outer barrel... ?
