just to add....i wasn't to worried about the hit factor at my first game but it crossed my mind when you look on youtube etc, i wouldt worry about it, and i got hit several times form various distances, only had a bruise on my fat side for a few days, prob from around 25m or so and a mark on my hand from about 5m, just for a split second but it goes and you carry on.... got hit on sat after putting my hand up and saying hit....some one shot my palm from a few meters, swore as you do it hurt for a minute but red mark had gone sunday afternoon.....so dont stress! just do as they say and wear the recommended eyepro/facepro so you dont lose a tooth or your sight!

what!!, ive gotta prepare for winter now, ive just done summer!...wifes gonna kill me when the wardrobe bursts!! i'll just wear another t-shirt, my fat keeps me warm but cant see it being to much of a problem if your on the move....at least i wont sweat so much hopefully! I do have a MTP smock i may use for the damp cold days, plenty of pocket space!..... other occasions, might get some of those hand warmers for my pockets, few more pairs of socks, nice bobble hat to go over my helmet..... yeah just use layers, you'll be fine!,

more pads! had a very quick google and being lazy but I guess you can get them in the UK as well....just more expensive?

yeah she is a few months late!, although sat at Urban was a hot one!. Time i get to a woody site it will be time to buy Snow Camo!

weirdly a bottle of the spray arrived at my house last night, she listened to something airsoft and it stayed in her head! haha i did say that it may be the bath oli i needed, would need to check and that ive yet to be ALLOWED to go to a woodland site...... she said if i dont use it, she'll have it! technically i did buy this as it was my money! haha

id go for 2T and paint the surrounding area idea, its the only way , make sure you wear matching camo as well so you really do blend in i hear they are easy to change back when legally** aloud and some say its cheaper to buy a 2T and then you save on renting on the day, so just the walk on fee....i missed the post before my first game so not really worth it now. if your worried, just tape it up or buy some camo to cover it up on the day ** please dont take my legal comments as gospel but refer to the forum for clarity! i'll get my coat!

Must remember this thread though!!! at moment i have mesh googles and half face mask, but glasses are only used for reading/computer work. Did find mesh though kinda obscured my vision a bit so tempted to go to goggles so i have a clearer view, then have the fogging worry, i sweat more than a kid in a sweet shop at times, so not sure!.... Tempted though to try goggles with prescription inserts, might just help my tired eyes during the games*. I guess its worth a try *tired eyes due to work, no rest and no play.....oh an kids....Mars need to sort their slogan out!
