    WE hi Capa worth picking up or stick to TM? My thinking is the WE has a metal slide, whereas the TM I'd have to get one separately

      i kind of regret buying me we, i would have gone tm if i had the choice now. plastic slide also add to gas efficiency a lot.

      You don't need a metal slide. I'd go with performence over flashy, bling slides.

      the 5.1 is to bulky and heavy and they are a nightmare to get a holster for. my first sidearm was a 5.1 capa and whilst it look good it were shite. the mags are bottom heavy. stick with a TM

      Any good? I was half tempted to get TG to install some upgrade parts as they don't charge labour.

      Very good. WIth zero hop it chronos around 350FPS. Takes Marui parts as it's a clone of theirs. Quite front heavy due to the RIS and reasonably hefty overall (around 4.6kg) but accurate out of the box with decent enough range. Good DMR platform if that's where you're going.

    Anyone think it's possible to out a hop on the ASG tac6? Guessing some form on TDC hop would work. Also wondered if you could somehow get it on HPA and run the line through the stock instead of the 12g caps.

      Colmans as well. I've just started using Nuprol Red for my GBBR and i must say so far i'm very impressed with it.

    I got 2 of these, everything Spoon said is correct. Set up can take some time, the hop is hit and miss. However, going with the flat hot nub and decent flat mod to the bucking, these can easily push PTW range. RPS is around 10-18, However, there are some good mods on the FB group about getting higher FPS

    Just wondering ig anyone can think of a good way to mount a scope on a KSC/KWA VZ61. I'm really tempted to get hold of one but have heard the iron sights aren't brilliant. The only ways I can think of doing it are finding a mount that would fit over the barrel or the barrel neck, or a more permanent solution of welding a RIS rail on the top receiver. Any ideas from you guys would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Dan

    Things to look at: Hop Bucking, damaged/deformed Ammo being used Using a longer barrel could be the issue, something to do with the volume of air matching the barrel length.

    The tippman is loud due to the action, if anything it is the one gun that sounds epic with soundhogs though lol I've owned an ERG, owned a WE Open Bolt, currently own the GHK M4 and 2 Tippmanns. Each is good in it's own way, depends on what you want. For realsim and performance, the GHK is awesome. The tippmanns are just plain fun and perform well once set up. The ERG is nice, with the bolt lock and cut off, but it just doesn't feel as good to me as the GBBR's and Tippmanns.

    just looks like an m249 SAW. Hunting around online, these seem to be made by a few people, G&P and A&K. They can apparently take most V2 gearbox parts for internals and A&K/G&P externals.

    A suppressor will reduce/muffle/change the muzzle report on AEG's/GBBR's and HPA guns. On a GBBR (in my case a GHK M4) the suppressor changes the muzzle report and reduces sound but only from a distance, most of the sound is the action of the gun. On an AEG (G&G for me) it just changes the sharp crack into a slightly duller tone. Again most of the sound is the internal action. On my HPA rifle (Tanaka converted to C02/HPA), from about 15" away it almost entirely eliminates the sound, similar effect on SMP's and Polarstar's. Utterly useless on my Tippmann though as it stupidly loud lol

    I think you basically push the back plate in to shoot. As a last ditch weapon or to quickly clear a room/corridor it could work.
