    Yeah, I've heard all of the horror stories! Their barrels also cause pews to go into full auto due to the barrel QC causing them to slide more inwards. Sadly to my knowledge they're the only ones making steel barrels and the correct KA4 parts though 😢 I just tested my G36 and the gas block comes loose from the recoil, the handguard seems to retain it though so I may just put up with a wobbly gas block rather than a terrible barrel 😂

    Repost as I can’t renew for some reason 🤷🏻‍♂️ Slimming down the collection a bit. The Marui MP7 AEP. Anyone who’s used or seen these would know they compete with most AEGs you find at your local skirmish. They’re absolutely excellent! Love mine but as a backup gun to my GBBRs I can’t justify it making the cut, and I’m raising money for other things. This has the Laylax PEQ Battery adapter installed. Fantastic upgrade allows you to run bigger 7.4 lipos. And this thing Rips. 250FPS on a 0.25g is respectable for something this small and quiet, and the rate of fire is quite satisfying. PACKAGE INCLUDES. - Gun, original magazine (short) and original flash hider. - 10 x Mid Cap magazines (100 rounds ish) 4 are WELL (metal) & 6 are MAG (plastic) - The Laylax kit installed - the PEQ - the thread adapter - the mini SOCOM 14mm CCW suppressor - the SOTAC trijicon RMR micro dot sight and mount. (To be honest the dot is missing a screw and the adjustment doesn’t seem to do a lot, but I don’t need it and it looks cool as a placeholder, the mount is probably the bast bit) - 2 x PEQ box 7.4v Lipo Batteries VERY VERY GOOD CONDITION A couple surface marks on the metal parts in a couple places. Otherwise pretty pristine. Very clean looking. I have the original box but it’s in storage and I don’t know when I can get to it. It won’t all fit inside it anyway. But I can either wait until I have it to post, or post without (still very well packaged, or post the original box to you at a later date. price plus £10 postage.

    Have you seen the Jaeger video where he looks at their STANAG conversion? Wow what a hunk o' junk. Apparently the MG36 barrels were sent out wonk on a few batches, and they made the muzzle device bores too narrow so they chopped BBs as well. I don't think I'd trust them to make something as tightly toleranced as a TDC hop. 😅

    East Crane/E&C make some decent kit. They were the original OEM for Specna Arms and are still OEM for a number of manufacturers, as well as their own stuff. As far as DMR mods go, the reason why most people suggest an SR25 or similar is that they have a V2.5/"V2 long" gearbox - ie one with a longer piston stroke, which means they can cope with the volume requirements of a longer barrel. With more modern hop designs the reliance on long barrels for accuracy has diminished somewhat so the two E&C guns you've listed start to come into their own, despite only having a standard V2 gearbox. I personally have a MK12 which runs around 420fps with an E&C gearbox perfectly fine.     Yeah the Lambda GHM9s are like...mid. They're fieldable but have design flaws that make them a bit crap for half the year here, and fixing those issues means spending more than just getting a better replica. Hoping this one is much better, but we'll see.

    Hi, that’s what I like with Jason/Longbow. After sales service is topnotch. But I expect more from Hadron, given that it cost more compared SB hop up chambers, finishes should be flawless. That gives Hadron 1 minus star. Yeah, ssp5 is kinda loud, not so ideal for a side arm but a suppressor will compensate. I like the out of the box performance though. Talking about DMR, I have an ongoing project on my desk now. Just waiting for the RA split gearbox shell and hopefully I could get hold of the secret barrel that my builder was boasting about.
