    Accessory/Make: V2 RetroArms Gearbox, fully assembled with GATE TITAN + Motor + 3 x 11.1v Batteries Condition: Used Splits/Swaps/Part Exchange: No x 3 Price/Payment: £130 Location: Luton Area For sale is a completely built, high end V2, no expenses spared gearbox. All parts were purchased from reputable Airsoft vendors circa Jan 2018, so no dodgy clone parts. Bought to create a high end no expenses spared AEG gearbox to be fitted in a G&P SAI M4 receiver to compliment a highly accurate HPA version of the same gun, basically I could change the guns inner workings by just swapping the lowers from HPA to AEG should I play at a “no HPA” site. This never materialised much, the gearbox was used at probably two game days as the HPA was (IMO) a preferred platform. Using a .25g BBs fired through a 370mm, 6.01mm EdGI barrel I was getting consistent FPSs between 308.5 to 309.2 FPS, under the 310FPS limit of .25g BBs. I will list the parts below as best as I can looking at old orders from my emails. Gearbox Shell: RetroArms CNC’d 8mm V2 Gearbox Bushings/Bearings: Modify 8mm Ceramic bearings Motor: ASG Infinity U-22000 Silver Motor with Long Shaft Gears: SHS 16:1 ratio set Anti-Reversal Latch: SHS ARL Main Spring: Cant remember the brand, it was also probably a M105 or M110 spring Spring Guide: Cant remember the brand, might be a RetroArms one. Gearbox Cylinder: G&G or G&P I think Cylinder Head: I think this was a RetroArms but don’t quote me on that Piston: SHS 14 toothed High Speed piston Piston Head: G&P Explosive bearing Piston head Tappet Plate: SHS V2 Tappet Plate Air Nozzle: SHS M4 Air Nozzle Selector Plate: SHS Plate Trigger: Can’t remember the brand Trigger Mechanism: GATE TITAN Drop In MOSFET V2 Complete Set - Rear Wired I’ll also be including 3 x 11.1v, 1000mAh LiPO batteries as well. I may send the batteries separately so that at least you get the good bits because RM gets a bit funny with LiPOs. GATE TITAN kit is all there, see pics, so that you can change and modify the internal settings of the gearbox.     Accessory/Make: G&P Salient Arms International AEG M4 Body (Upper and Lower Receiver) + Extra bits Condition: Used Splits/Swaps/Part Exchange: No x 3 Price/Payment: £130 Location: Luton Area For sale is my spare G&P Salient Arms International AEG M4 Body + extra bits! Bought this brand new circa Jan 2018 from Dave’s Custom Airsoft This receiver was bought so that I could build a 2 in 1 rifle using the same RIS/RAS rail handguard, outer/inner barrel, hop and hop chamber with either an HPA or AEG setup as some sites don’t like HPA (BOOOO!) This is the Gen.1 receiver with the squarer and blockier looking receiver, the Gen2 looks more like a bog standard Colt M4 receiver. This receiver was the AEG body which saw little to light use compared to the HPA receiver, I believe that the AEG only saw two game days in total. There are no modifications to the body save for the engraved SAI inlays being painted white or red (see pics). This usually only comes with the upper and lower receiver, forward assist + roll pin and spring, fire selector cover and SAI dust cover. I am throwing some extra bits to get you going including a buffer tube (+screw and retention plate), a double QD sling plate, PTS Syndicate Magpul pistol grip (plus motor plate and screws). Im also adding the charging handle, magazine release catch, fire selector and bolt release catch all in gold to follow the SAI colour theme of black and gold. All you have to do is drop in a V2 Gearbox, add the rest and she’s good to go. The last two images shows you want it looked like in a full rifle.

    My eldest had one of the early G&G L85s, which was a festering heap of poo, although strangely the blowback did not cause any problems. He sold it years ago when he gave up airsoft. I am going to AP this Sunday and plan to be at Splatoon on the 26th.

    Coming from only owning ICS & WE, this one may genuinely be the best replica internally. The simplicity of the split gearbox is beautiful and it had a 2 fps variation, 21 shots all averaging 302 - 304fps on a 0.25g BB. Obviously the blowback is terrible, so I would advise disabling it even if it does work. I’ll have it with me this weekend if you want to check it out 🙂

    With the winter months closing in I got the single most important piece of kit. A waterproof. It actually works pretty well and should keep my kit, my optics, and most importantly, me nice and dry without getting in the way too much. I am going to sew some velcro in to the inside of the hood so that it sticks to my cap though 20251008_201057~2.mp4

    A mate of mine has just retired from the Met, he's served in every aspect of their firearms units for over a decade, loved the job, but disheartened by the system, when they charged one of his colleagues with murder, for just doing his job, he nearly handed in his "ticket" along with many others, only thing that stopped him was his impending pension review. But a lot did quit, & previous applicants that didnt quite make the grade were then reconsidered for fast tracked recruitment to the units, in order to fill the considerable gaps. With that in mind, I don't think we can say that accidents won't happen, or mistakes be made, a very recent possible was the synagogue attack just a week ago, one of those killed & one of the injured was as a result of police rounds, we've yet to hear the finer details, that probably won't be made public for at least 6 months while every aspect is investigated, the officers involved will downgraded in their duties, & eventually recommendations may be made to prevent a reoccurrence in the future. My point is, the system takes it very seriously, so much so that should airsoft rifs figure in a police related shooting, the powers that be will have no hesitation in recommending changes in rif ownership, after all we're just a bunch of silly buggers dressing up, & running around playing silly buggers, its highly unlikely that anyone in power will consider that our right to play realistic looking silly buggers will outweigh the need for future public safety or police procedures. Hence why we've got to be on top of our game, so to speak, & enabling anyone, especially non airsofters to cut corners when it comes to rif ownership, is a massive no no. If its true, im disappointed that firesupport is accepting cosplay as a defence, they should know better, but money is money in these difficult times i guess ?.
