Just felt like posting  a pic or two…since my G&p A1 receiver bought it in the flames, I just had the ‘burning’ desire to create a new version. Managed to literally dig from the embers, my army code barrel AND front sight!!! And decided to go gbb. I also had an a2 gbb but that wasn’t so fortunate, and is one for the nice insurance man to sort.
anyways, just the upper mods to do and the engraving….

For the purists out there; my G&p thumbscrew mount acog is cremated so this will have to do atm, and for reference, the peq-2 is an invisiblesight IR version I was lucky to have safe at my son’s.

Nice M4 :P

Ah, but it's Canadian. So it's a polite M4 and much less likely to shoot it's own side than those brash gobby american M4s

Weeelllllllllllll, its real steel version is actually British…hence the ‘L’ 119 designation… but I will concede they are manufactured by Colt Canada….

Yep all made in Canada but yes the L119 designation is British use

So it's an ExPat Canadian 🤣

It's a great looking build , and nice to see another 'long' 119 👍

Thanks brother. I’ve always preferred the long gun, they are simply ‘classic’; I think the mixed bag ‘task force black’ load outs are the best looking too, though and will probably search out another mich type helmet n goggles at some point!!

Bad jokes aside that's a nice looking gun. Glad to see you managed to salvage something from the fire

But luckily for the Canadians it’s still 90% independent of the septics ! 😉
