Went on KETO diet, lost 3 stones, never felt better and can outrun half of the youngsters on a skirmish. plus with 55 years of experience I can out tactic them as well!

I’m not the fittest person, “I try to eat sensibly”.... so balance is key! 

I’m always moving around the field, fast to an objective and to a respawn point, as I want to have fun! 😎

Also my loadout helps being light, no tactical gear what so ever, depending on what I want to use. 🤔

When the day is over I feel Great physically and mentally! 🏃‍♂️

My friends refer to me as Duracell Bunny! 😂

Ironically, for me a certain degree of it IS hormonal - so I'm on a shit load of meds - which have cheerfully actually aided weight gain.
To the point I recently hit the heady heights of 19st12.
But with a concerted effort to reverse that trend,  I've just lost three stone.  So whilst still a proper fatty, I'm no longer Jabba the Hutt.
It's made a HUGE difference to how I play airsoft and it's made it so much more fun. 
Onwards and downwards 😄

you don’t need to kill it at the gym every day etc

just watch what you eat and do regular exercise

i m 6’2, if I was my recommend’ 13 stone’  id look ill!!

im happy at 15, give or take a few depending on day but I keep active and go to the gym twice a week doing different routines, don’t judge by weight but how your clothes fit and how you feel, that’s what the wife always says.... and women are always right !! :lol:

Just a weekend thought.

 

Didn't eat any junk this week and today I was feeling much better on the field.

 

Still a sad sack of shit though xD

 

I may even swipe the dust off my bike and start riding again :)
