Poor communication and customer service are some of my biggest gripes. like people say if things go smoothly then it’s all great but it’s once there is an issue a store really shows their potential.

I get your frustration, after being told my (not working) gun is not faulty as it left his shop working despite me sending a video of it shooting 20 times with 5 bbs in the mag and it still having 3 in the mag after 20 shots means I have lost confidence with ESC. Looks like Kyle may end up with my custom too now

I dont have any glock mags at all so will pick up some WE ones, they are cheap enough for me to grab 2 normal ones for when I dont fancy running the drum mag. Cheers

I have a DOR from him which has never cycled back enough to draw the next bb. I have sent it back twice (at my expense) and even though I have sent a video of it still not working he will only have a look if I sent it back at my expense again.

Wow, Like many others had no idea this was a thing. But then my experience of nods is pretty much 98% watching SEAL TEAM and 2% some pics on here. I never needed to know and doubt it will be useful in real life in the future but I have learnt something new today

What are considered the better mags? I am booked in for a game in a few weeks and I may want a game or two without the drum mag and stock so could use another mag or two, or a couple of extended ones

Obvious question but have you spoke to Mike? he should be able to help, I didn’t get the best customer service when my gun bought brand new from him wasn’t working but hoping you have a better experience

I’m sure things might get a little worse. I wouldn’t be surprised if we lose a couple more as landowners selling off bits of unused land to make some money sounds likely with how things are going economy wise

Was a good day at Tech Brigade. Plenty of ninja kills from the 4ft ferns. Not one of the most organised places but a great atmosphere and wanted to go back.

Capitalism... a markup is not all profit though, there’s a lot of other costs involved. But cmon, they have to make money and it’s still a (relatively) value for money product
