  1. Since work would frown upon me bringing my rifs in, I'm not skirmishing this weekend unless I happen to find out about a local zombie night in the next hour or so :/
  2. Meh I much prefer the guy in chainmail behind you - don't see many airsoft loadouts based on the medieval age haha
  3. Like Monty and Swoop said: a lot of this kit costs a pretty penny so you would easily look for over £200 or so. Just finding a buyer would be the issue since it's quite a niche market in airsoft. You could advertise it to reenactors though
  4. Just be careful with a lipo mate, they can catch fire a lot easier than most other batteries if mishandled.
  5. Some new czech m95 pattern trousers since my current pair met an unfortunate end in the tumble dryer (don't ask). A pair of knee and elbow pads since my current ones have seen better days.
  6. Epic Militaria is the best priced I've found for M95 jackets, depending on your size. But military 1st has a lot of stock in that pattern including vests, rucksacks and pouches. They're also one of the better priced for trousers at around £30 new. http://www.epicmilitaria.com/search.php?xSearch=M95&submit=Search http://www.military1st.co.uk/itemlist.html?mobile=&searchquery=Czech
  7. KZS Camo Designed to mimic sunlight streaming through undergrowth. Surprisingly effective and can be picked up cheap if you know where to look. I tend to play in darker woodland so I run czech m95 woodland pattern:
  8. Hear it quite often and I'll admit that I do it sometimes. That said I play mostly CQB sites and I hate it when you are six feet from someone and they don't call it, despite it being obvious when they flinch with each hit.
  9. If you could give us an idea of what your maximum budget is (including batteries, charger, etc.) then it would be easier to give you some recommendations. As the others have said - the G&G Combat Machine is a great budget rifle but if you have more to spend then obviously your options increase as does the longevity/quality of the rifle. If the £150 mark is your ideal limit then the ICS Sportline M4 is the budget rifle I'd recommend personally as it's just as good as the G&G and can be brought quite cheaply. The main thing is to find a style of rifle you like (e.g. M4, AK, AUG, G36C, etc.) and then go from there. By the way, welcome to the forum
  10. Rugby armour possibly? http://www.lovell-rugby.co.uk/Rugby-Body-Armour/Optimum/Blitz-Extreme-Rugby-Body-Armour/size_XL?utm_source=googleshopping&utm_medium=organic&gclid=Cj0KEQjwlv6dBRDC7rGfrvidmJgBEiQAjd3hMG8_v9CZ1oKbrWm15jU6_ya3Nf69o-Q0iCCyEL_ujF4aAhfu8P8HAQ
  11. I stand corrected then. I was just told before that the TM mags couldn't take the green gas so I assumed the gun wouldn't cope with it.
  12. I have a cheap fast helmet I got from Helmet World. I don't have the biggest head but it's still a tight squeeze. Only issue I have with it is how bad the air circulation is (i.e. there's none) when it's warm. For warm days I just use an old Czechoslovakian bandana I picked up from Epic Militaria.
  13. I use a cheap pair I picked up for £10 from Halfords for mountain biking. Had no issues with them or the elbow pads that came with them.
  14. Yes the plastic isn't as well finished and the suppressor supplied drastically increases the fps. That said the asg is built for green gas from the start whereas the marui is designed for 134a gas.
  15. A new trishot since I missed having my old one. Got 8 shells as well and I'm bidding on two shell holders on eBay (£2 for both - bargain!)
  16. 1. TM MK23. I have the cheaper ASG version but I've fired the original and it's just soo quiet! Decent range too. 2. KWA KZ75 (CZ75). You don't see many of these around so it's a fairly unique yet cracking pistol. 3. Goblin Deuce. A double barrel pocket sized shotgun haha
  17. Easier identification if we all buy patches off Dev Your idea has a lot of sense to it though.
  18. Some sites are stricter with p*'s as well due to how easy it is to up the fps. Some don't let you use them altogether so it's worth double checking with your local sites before you shell out for one.
  19. Here's some pics from my trip to The Towers in Leicester. Ended up ditching my fast helmet since there was barely any air circulation at the site haha
  20. Depends on the size of your gun but I've had no issues with mine that I picked up for £10. Like Lozart said: needs to be properly fitted in order for it to work properly.
  21. Strictly CQB mate. Semi auto with a 350 fps limit on .2g BBs. Really, really close range site - I ended up running just a pistol and a knife for the most part (even got a knife kill) but I'm glad I took my shotgun instead of my AUG. A lot of fun though.
  22. Anyone actually messaged Dev about this yet?
  23. Now comes the fun part - the waiting around for some poor sod to volunteer to head this since from what I've seen organising airsofters seems harder than herding cats haha I'd be happy to do my part - would be cool to meet a few of you guys - but due to circumstances between me and my now ex missus I'm a bit short on time to do more.
