  1. For some reason a few packages direct from Jakub at perun have been stopped by BF. I sent out a replacement last week for a customer that was originally blocked. Very strange.
  2. I ran into the same problem when I was working on an updated website earlier this year. It's perfectly doable, just need extra time that's all. Maybe FS didn't want to pay for the export/import work, but for me carrying over that kind of information is quite important. If they couldn't do that at least leave the old website up in read-only format so customers can check past orders.
  3. Great stuff, good to see you back. Yes the UKARA membership is still a bit of a stumbling block to some with having to play at the same site etc.
  4. yep Guarder certainly caught out a few people with their springs. Funny enough when I initially started selling them I emailed the manufacturer many times asking if they could confirm what BB weight they rated their spring with, they said to me 0.2g which didn't make sense. After coming across way too many stories of broken springs and people with the same issue as yourself I ended up getting my own springs made.
  5. You often get strange BB's acting different, it's not an accurate science as many variables. I'm certainly in the "don't overthink it" camp. You're flying close to the sun there though. A Guarder sp100 spring is roughly equivalent to a M110. As @Cannonfodder says try another chrono and see. You can spend ££ trying to eliminate the odd inconsistency however often better to just leave it alone and enjoy.
  6. a little bit more complicated than that. most made from a mold then need to be polished internally to get somewhere near the right advertised inner diameter. in fact quite tricky for large production if looking for around £20'ish retail @Rogerborg 100% correct, no real benefit from going past 300mm certainly within the UK. I did try opening up the end of a XT 6.00mm to around 6.03mm, but found unless I could re-polish to a really high-level I found I just introduced more issues. It's a shame, I wish I had access to a high-end polishing machine,
  7. Have you got your new inner barrel? If so test it first, chrono and bb flight. Just in case it affects the fps too much.
  8. The stock inner barrel is 509mm though right?
  9. Yeah give it a try, I'm fairly confident it's your cylinder type. What cylinder type did the AEG come with?
  10. I've never run a 6.12mm so can't comment, however I'm guessing it loses a fair amount of power. I'd love to test one and get my borescope down one. However I suspect the issue is you're using a full cylinder with a 360mm barrel, you should be using either a 4/5 or 3/4. You should be able to hit you're required power with a M120 spring. (Unless there's something else I'm missing). I've not the time to read through the whole thread, so don't know the whole story. The 6.12mm however does introduce more unknown variables.
  11. @MrTea what's the inner barrel length, is it 6.12mm? what's cylinder type is it?
  12. M160 are arriving in a few months however what's going on with that build? Never worked on a Masada personally but why so low power ?
  13. checkout Tactical Geordies, he's often spoken about NGRS and brushless. Also there's a dedicated group on FB
  14. Have you tried the vfc Colin? Interested to know what you think of it.
  15. I think for ak there's a vfc plastic rotary that's really good if you can find one, only about £15. Maybe some AK owners can confirm this
  16. I'm also going to be stocking spares etc, so bearings, esc etc al. All going to be pretty cheap should anything be damaged. The major ass is the time it takes to desolder the controller to access all the parts
  17. From what you're saying you have a MR, that's the recommended bucking and the one I use to test. However your hop chamber might prefer the Macaron version which uses a slightly smaller contact patch, it's all about trying different things. it's worth just trimming the feet of the red nub a little or try the MR bucking with the stock nub. With the inner barrel and hop chamber outside of the gun apply the hop and look down into the barrel and see what the contact patch is doing, should give you an idea
  18. @Pseudotectonic thanks, I'll mention the ms delay thing to the factory and see what they say.
  19. Chatting with the factory for the next batch, what's the ideal speed that people want to see? I was thinking around 23,000 rpm +/- 10% Factory did say they can fit a speed controller dial but I'm not really convinced as it could increase the price more.
  20. Perhaps your aeg just doesn't like maple leaf bucking, barrel and chamber combination. Also did you say your using a Macaron? The XT barrel does work best with MR due to the larger window size. As always your welcome to return any parts for a refund. Did you get a chance to try the Macaron with an official nub?
  21. the newer ones all factory mold. I do check each before sending out but worth double-checking. trimming the edges might help with you since it will reduce the height a tad, it's such a tiny amount though. try a maple leaf one though and let us know if that makes any difference
  22. Rubbers will break-in over time, you generally end up applying a little more hop to compensate. Not every hop chamber is the same so it takes a little playing around with. It sounds to me like the nub is perhaps a little too large (tall) for your hop chamber, although impossible for me to tell without it in front of me. You might try trimming a little of material off the top of the nub to reduce some of it's height. Also as a test try a standard nub if you have one there.
  23. @Fatboy40 haha I've never actually tried cutting one. Out of interest what spring power do you have and what you trying to get it down to?
  24. Before you do anything you should take yours apart and fully examine how it works. Look at what the outer barrel head (the part that fits into the upper receiver) looks like and above all measure the lengths you need. You said you can't measure the outer barrel, even though it's broken? Surely you can just measure the 2 halves?
