  1. I have been seriously looking into going on an OLMSS event for the past 6 months or so, only trouble is a lot of their AO are only open to US citizens as they take place on US military bases. If I do make it out I will shout you up
  2. They aren't the last examples only the last flying ones. There is one in Lincolnshire that is flyable but they cant raise the money for an airworthiness cert, so it just taxies.
  3. VFC 417D - sold to fund my RM4, still miss it.
  4. Seconded re VFC and GBBR. GHK AK's are superb.
  5. Repeat after me - buy a GHK buy a GHK buy a GHK. That is all you need to know re gas guns. They do a nice AKS74U as well as the ever popular and brilliant G5
  6. The Mall is fun and usually I am hyper aggressive in playstyle there as I hate the hanging back bit. A good BFG (impact and timed) will get you loads of kills there and help you enjoy the day and free the tactical situation up. I used mine way more than my AEG last time.
  7. Doesn't matter, as others have said, unless you have military training on how to move and camouflage and concealment you will be spotted no matter what so go with what you like the look of.
  8. Some photos from Op BLUE FOX at the weekend gone - common denominator is me in the Choc Chip Boonie. Had to switch to my back up AK as the M4 went down after 3 rounds on the first morning. 3rd photo shows me in the 'Mosque' that my mate and I defended to the last mag against 6/7 attackers in the last game of the weekend. We won
  9. You mean the latest issue of 'So you want to be a Navy SEAL International'? It gets a bit tedious
  10. My loadout from the Redwolf Weekender this weekend gone. Loosely US Ranger based, I was missing a few webbing items that hadnt arrived in time so had to use my 6094 plate carrier and normal battle belt, typically they arrived after I got home.... Probably the only time the entire weekend my M4 was working as well, has to resort to my Ak for the rest..... Oh and I love this boonie now
  11. Its a reflection on how thick most Army squaddies are....... *Now if that doesn't get a flash from an ex Army lot on here * Seriously, posting on there anything related to airsoft is like sticking your cock in a blender; obvious stupid and going to cause a lot of pain.
  12. Shall we just call this the team flex thread and be done with it? Also, how many posts and stupid questions do you need before you aren't classed as a noob?
  13. All this does is prove to me how superior the Royal Air Force is over the dregs of the Army that inhabit that forum....... *Ducks and covers from incoming Army pers flak*
  14. Yeh its meant to lie flat, so somehting is wrong
  15. Sorry mate but I have a strict policy of not fiddling or touching with my guns internals cos I know I will mess it up.
  16. Cant see why not, they are basically a copy of the Marui gun. But on your head be it!!
  17. I have one as well and they are lovely little guns. AFAIK the WE or (HK3) copy slide fits and is metal unlike the Marui. in fact in many ways its a better gun bar the leaky mags and its cheaper by £40. Probably your best option
  18. Just Paypal policy regarding Airsoft, hence why sometimes people gift money via Paypal despite it being dangerous to do so. It blows all round really
  19. I know that they have 1 ex memebr of HM Forces on staff, not sure what his role is though
  20. Battle of the Bulge, makes me cringe every time I see M24 Chaffees playing as Shermans and then the action suddenly switches to the Mexican desert from the Ardennes??? Only decent bit is the singing of Panzer Lied. Now Stalingrad - that's a good movie (the original German version)
  21. Reassuringly our UPO are useless too, nice to be able to rely on Navy incompetence *Ducks and Covers*
  22. Yeah that will be fine, game on is usuall between 0945-1000, Lozart can you confirm?
  23. A set of ALICE webbing and pouches - still need the water bottles and buttpack though. Also had 'that' conversation with the wife who is slightly upset at my purchase history on ebay....whoops, must stop the collecting for all of a month I reckon!
  24. I can echo what Lozart says on this, if you are a walk on get there early. That being said its easily one of my favourite sites. People have whinged about the long briefings and slightly condescending attitude of the Marshalls but when you realise its due to the unique nature of the site and is completely needed then let it wash over you.
