I wasn't on about uniforms per se, but badges/rank/insignia etc. However, it specifically says the wearing of uniform without permission. Can't figure out links but google Uniforms Act 1894.

Sorry came across slightly wrong as the above poster alludes. Not all Civvies are 'mongs' just to clarify! I am referring to those people running around all badged up to the nines with various insignia that they haven't' earned. Mack - Sure, most cap badges/insignia/rank that Joe Public are aware of take a lot of training to earn and therefore it irks me greatly that people think they they can just slap it on. Also, technically the Uniforms Act is still in force so wearing uniform you are not entitled to is a criminal offence, but obviously not enforced. SamG - That's precisely the sort of thing I am on about I am afraid. As an ACF instructor fine, wear it then but once you are out, no. You may have been badged PWRR but never completed basic Infantry training or served with the Regt proper, therefore I don't believe you should wear it. But as with anything opinions are like assholes, everyone has one. Back to the topic and I will shut up.

At least you are entitled to wear them, nothing grips me more than some Civvie mong wearing my unit flashes

I love how everyone no matter what camo they are wearing airsofting resolutely refuses to get on their belt buckle and take cover and instead cowers behind the nearest stick thin tree. Camo makes no difference if your field skills are shite which for most skirmishers they are. TLDR buy what you like, unless you are trained military and only game with trained military it wont matter one bit.

Well my 6094 arrived today. Very pleased overall. superb quality. However, I would just like to say that the guys at shootercbgear pulled an absolute blinder. Not only did I get it within a week, it was well packed etc. But mainly, they put down the goods value as $50 not $142 and saved me paying shitloads of custom duty. I paid £13.92 extra £8 of which was bloody Post Office 'handling fees' (for doing fuck all). It worked out marginally cheaper than buying one in the UK and I would firmly recommend them for anything that you cant source in the UK.

Same as AEG's they are all pretty much identical. 99% of airsoft is about looks and feel so have a play around with a few and see what you like. Form an opinion for yourself maybe instead of looking to be spoon fed everything?
