  1. So this week has been very productive in the DIY section of my airsoft week Firstly the Rail top cover for Ian Took me about an hour on a miller (needs welding to the top cover) Next I hand sewed a NSW ballast for my MICH 2001 And finally I modified my MAP to allow it to interchange between compact and large

PCS trousers don't have built in kneepads

.. and I don't have a built in vagina, but other than the kneepads, are they worth the extra?

Personal preference mate, I find that kneepads ride up or down.

It's like saying don't by a Costa M4 unless you have arms that are stupidly long and achieve no real benefit in combat shooting. (just saying)

  3. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against other plate carriers. I just prefer the cut and style of the JPC. I do see downfalls in the JPC design for example if adding a shingle to the front panel the integrated pouch tends to yawn open and the stock shoulder straps are a bit unforgiving but no plate carrier is perfect. In my eyes I see the JPC to fit my criteria Light, Airy and able to be changed to suit my needs (I.e CQB/Woodlannd . Weekender or Milsim/Skirmish) whilst not slowing me down or restricting movement. TL;DR people have choices and I completely accept that and can see merits and flaws in most designs.
  4. In my opinion I think the JPC is a cracking piece of kit especially for skinny fecks like me. Having a 33' chest most (all) plate carriers have a lot of movement in them which makes them bounce like a pair of double D's when I run in them. The JPC however is tight enough to allow the carrier to conform tightly to the body with the choice of space which is lost with a chest rig. The inbuilt mag pouches allow for a thinner and lighter mission profile than other Carriers which often make people into the michellin man and in my opinion the skeletal system is a brilliant idea as it allows the user to draw sidearms without the issue of bashing kit on the way down and up. Just my thoughts.
  5. Darn it. I may buy a set anyway for when I get a 416. (hooray for spending money I mean't to be saving for a car !)
  6. Mack, I swear to god if you make me start a AOR 1 Loadout I will come hunt you.
  7. Okay mate , If you come across anyone who has some could maybe have a try for me and give me a PM? Thanks
  8. Clumpy, would the ESSTAC carry G36 Pmags at all ?
  9. My new replica JPC with belt set-up (Note: the replica will soon be replaced by a real deal one if I get on with it)
  10. As promised here's the photos of my clone JPC (really bad quality but has spurred me to buy a real one) at some point and the Modular pack which definately needs modding to stop it catching on my belt
  11. Using the forum App it says you should need an M110 spring on 0.20
  12. No , It's not a license as well. Only a defence.
  13. At the STALKER Milsim we had to type in a series of password and codes into a laptop which was centered in the site meaning all enemies came at the building making it very interesting for me to touch type and shoot,
  14. Jump Plate Carrier (going to do the elastic cumberbund mod as I'm a skinny bugger and It should make it form better to the body) Modular Assualt Pack (Again going to be modded to remove the overhang off the base of the carrier) 2 40mm 'nade pouches Tromix shark break clone M16 stock pouch PICS TO FOLLOW
  15. Probably so but the 40mm GL pouches came to mind when I googled the OSOE NSW helmet ballast
  16. No just an airsofter on a tight budget EDIT: On further inspection TWG do a triple 40mm pouch for about £3 which would allow for you to buy a couple and hack and slash em.
  17. I'm not a user of counter weights but wouldn't a double 40mm pouch do the trick? (with MOLLE replaced with some hook and loop velcro)
  18. trying to spray MC tropic pics to follow later

Why? It's been possible to get Hydrographic film of it for at least 6 months, and thats got to be easier and cheaper to do than spraying it. And the results will be infinitely more accurate.

      THE FNG

I had some issue with JD recently too...my Scar came back 30 fps higher, they swapped some screws out with shite ones and they charged me a ridiculous amount. Really not happy with them.

I'm glad and not glad to see that someone else is having problems too... I had the same problem with my FPS but with my gun shooting at 400fps and it only shooting full auto unless you did a special combo on the selector. The second time they buggered the AOE making me need a new piston (out of my wallet) and now the thing won't even work :@

  20. Thoughts on this idea. Sell Well MB-01 (~£100) and Upgraded G&G RK47 (~£250) and then buy a new set of guns
