    Bought myself an ICS SIG 551 SWAT and another hi cap for it. £235 in total, which I don't think is too bad

      i know what you mean, but i think that looks better than the UAR, infact, i think anything looks better than the UAR, even the PDR-C has better curves than those horrid hips.

    Are TM pistols really as good as people say? Are they as good as CO2 in cold weather?

      not facts. opinion based on my experiences and others sharing their experiences.

       

      TM 5.7: Plastic, light, fairly reliable in cold weathers, easy to find spares/mags, can handle temperature fairly well, ris. Excellent guns overall.

       

      KWA PTP: Metal, Real weight, very reliable in cold weathers, can handle propane, more robust (but harder to find spares), ris (depending on model). Excellent guns overall.

       

      oh and remember that many CO2 guns are way over site limits...

    At my local site today somebody was doing something with a mag and it blew up and smashed the back window of his car!

      I don't think he was doing anything stupid, he knows what he's doing. He's been in airsoft way longer than me.
